I’m watching this kind of POV videos on a treadmill. I appreciate that you getting fitter goes hand in hand with a steadier picture while running. Way to go Rich! Boston 2025 or 2026 here we come!
Thanks Nigel! It is a great place. Of course as is the case with everything, a lot of the places we used to check out 10 years have gone or changed but I do like that square, and the old town, and the Jewish Quarter. Just has a nice vibe!

Thank you again! 43 mins is very good. I think I ended up catching up with all the 5K runners in one go! That bloody bus thing though! And yeah it’s actually very hard to turn if you’re wearing a race shoe - I had the endorphin speeds on which were tricky to not fall over in on a 180!
Lying here, prostate on the couch with the worst cold anyone has ever had, that was very enjoyable. Top drawer comical costumes too. Did the bell catch you, as he was tearing it up there ? "Ding Dong", as Leslie P. used to say.

That end section running past all the fancy dress folks was like an LSD infused dream. Well done on the PB, assuming that bit was real and I didn't dream it.
Haha I know! Very bizarre. I think they were all doing the 5K so we caught up with them at the end. Thank you yes the PB was very real and I’m still very happy about it!
Think how quick you would have gone without having to weave around all that traffic. 🙈 looked like you were in a carnival rather than a running race 😂😂
Ha I know! I always start too far back. I think someone once pointed out this is my classic approach to start too far back and weave for the first km. Next time ill know to get there earlier. Lovely variety of costumes to be fair

ha thanks mate! I've recently upgraded to a Gopro 9 from a 7 so that might account for my own steadier camera work!
