He sure did didn't he! Thanks Mark! I've done a lot of voice work this week including a very shouty video game yesterday and I think it's put pressure on the area because it hurts more today! Day off today with very little speaking hopefully! Hope you're well
Rich and Dale, has buddy sitcom potential 😂. You didn’t disappoint with the another epic bin shot! Another engrossing and enjoyable video Rich! Recovery quickly! Watch out for the old timey bicycles!
ha they were great weren't they! How do they actually get on them in the first place? I tried to fit as many bins in this one as I could! Thanks for watching!
Great coverage and humour! Looked a tough headwind to finish. The sandwich situation was hilarious😂 (sorry!) We've all been there. Usually it's my children's bottles responsible for those bag drenching moments.
Thanks Greg! Ooh yes very windy at the end there. I remember it was like that 2 years ago. haha you know I think I've done the bag drench more often than my kids!
One of the best Rich vlogs I have watched, need to go and see if Dale is stalk-able on Strava 🤣🤣 - in all serious though, hope you are back running soon
Quite nice going to race and not racing. Don't get nervous, can eat cake or anything before the race and for some reason the urge to go to the toilet seems less than normal. That said hope you are back out there soon.
Thanks Tim! You're absolutely right - it was a lot of unpressured fun in many ways! I fear I may have gone slightly backwards in my recovery - 3 days recording an audiobook and then a very shouty 2 hour video game session yesterday seems to have put more pressure on the ribs and it hurts more again today! Oh well!
Thanks again Conrad! I actually recorded those bits using my proper VO setup this time - the very same setup that recorded a Pot Noodle radio ad just the other week in fact
It's nice to get the perspective of one of those peoples you see that congregated at the side of races doing percussive things with their arms and making loud noises with their mouths. I always wonder where they come from and why they're there, mainly because I couldn't imagine myself in a similar position. Unless I was injured, of course.
Yes exactly! What are they all doing? I can only presume they were also making youtube videos about their friend racing while also making the video more about themselves
Dale snoozing in the van is the very definition of potential energy, good to see it unleashed on the course 👏🏻
That's a real athlete right there!
Love Dale's van.
Congratulations Dale and well done Rich for being such a great friend😊🎉
Well thank you very much! Yes I am pretty great
Phwoar Dale's van looking like a treasure trove!
I think it was actually a lot sexier than I gave it credit for!
VIP, baby!
ooh yeah! 🤩
Quite possibly the best intro to a video yet. Dale and Rich, the duo we never knew we needed.
You're very kind Michael!
Dale did very well. Those silver blankets certainly make an impressive crinkling noise.
How are the ribs now, Rich?

Great video, sorry to hear you haven't been able to run much still, we are wishing you a speedy recovery, still a great watch as always 😊😊
Thanks guys! Very kind of you! I've just started running again carefully this week so that's been a big milestone!

Great video as always. Were the narrator-y bits your best Sunday voice? They sounded very correct and polished

@@TheRichKeeble I could tell. Definite pot noodle vibes
