We work extremely hard to serve you guys the highest quality story reading content. Each video takes a lot of effort when it comes to thinking of topics, ideation, editing, voice-acting, recording, etc. All the content in these videos are owned by us!
Our Work Process:
1. Come up with questions, research, script, come up with opinions/commentary, polish until ready for recording.
2. Record voice acting the stories/questions, sharing thoughts and opinions and performing it in a creative and transformative fashion for viewers to enjoy.
3. Record gameplay until there is enough interesting footage to use for the background
4. Throw the gameplay in the editing software and then begin typing up the captions, cutting/trimming the voice acting, adding SFX, color correction, removing/adding clips, etc.
5. Final review of the video, if video is not up to the quality desired for this channel. Either go back into the editing software, re-record some lines, change opinions/commentaries.
the one about chernobyl. up here in sweden people were advised not to eat mushrooms, wild meat, or anything that could’ve picked up radiation. why? well, because the winds blew the radioactive air from chernobyl up north. I wasn’t alive at the time but relatives were and I think that’s a reason why they’re sometimes hesitant to eat mushrooms
Yeah, it was Swedish scientists who discovered that Chernobyl had happened in the first place, sending the message out into the world so that the USSR *had* to confirm it happened. Otherwise they would probably have let thousands/millions of people die rather than admit that they had done something wrong. My parents talked a lot when I was younger about how people were scared shitless because the wind came right over where they lived in southern Sweden _(and other parts of Sweden too, of course)._ I'm born -90 in Sweden, so they taught me a lot about this when I was young, both at home and in school.
is the narrator’s voice super soothing to anyone else? like, this is why i stay (its not just that undersparked narrator youre great)

Yes completely, the voices of the other channel's are too deep imo, at least for me

@Goodfood717 I mean that's understandable 😂
The last story actually happened irl. A woman who wasn't wearing her seat belt went through the windshield while her husband was driving, she woke up in the hospital not knowing who her husband was. They made a movie about called The Vow
It's crazy, I decided to look up that movie because I'm interested in watching it, and apparently it's coming to Netflix in a little under a week. That's probably the first time I've learned about a (not new) movie and saw it coming soon to a streaming service.
this video is basically just "this and that uncontrollable event could kill us all instantly"
i have memory loss due to a traumatic childhood and cannot remember almost anything before the age of 13 and unfortunately i still suffer from disassociation so sometimes i’ll wake up and not even realize i went through an entire day or several days of my life. it’s terrifying.
😬sorry that really sucks
I can hardly remember grade 7 because of trauma
Addition to the DMSO fact. If the DMSO is 99.99% pure, you will not taste the garlic.
Imagine being blind and hallucinating to see a man in your peripherals, and from what I understand from talking to a few legally blind people, most of their leftover vision is staticky, like a tv disconnected kinda thing. In short it would be terrifying to see a staticky man in the corner of your vision
Steve isn't that bad.

As to Story 15. There were actually 5 mass dying events in earth history.
- Late Ordovician mass extinction - around 440 milion years ago.
- Late Devonian extinction - around 375 milion years ago.
- Permian-Triassic extinction - around 252 milion years ago
- Triassic-Jurassic extinction - around 200 milions years ago
- Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction - around 66 milion years ago
I think there where 4 more earlier.
@@ImLasu I found info about 5 in total on wiki under "great dying" phrase.
7:29 so if someone got hanged does this means they just got paralyzed and are slowly suffocating to death?
That's pretty much what gallows are for, yes
They murdered Gary Webb after ruining his family and personal life.
That last one actually happened to me, in a way. I won't get too deep into it, but an accident gave me memory loss. I can remember a decent bit from my childhood (a majority of it just glimpses, if that makes sense), but *no one* I know realizes just how little of it I remember compared to what it probably should be. Some things come back randomly over time, but other things are probably gone forever
Everytime I think about the fact that in the far far future the universe will just stop existing scares me so much
But then it will "eventually" (in quotes because time won't really be a thing at that point) begin again in another Big Bang, repeating the cycle evermore
Does this imply the idea that we could be living in a universe that isn't the first (I'm not even in high school, I'm just way too curious)

Bro I LOVE vids like these, oddly disturbing and scary is my story style oddly enough :)
Story 6: That was frighteningly sobering.
Alternate title: 18 minutes of ways the universe could spontaneously unalive itself
0:33 I literally just learned this like 20 minutes ago in a manga I was reading and googled it to see if it was real or made up. That’s so weird.
Okay, you sold me on subscribing to you with this one. Also I agree with someone saying in another video, that hearing a decwnt voice is nice, over a bot
I didn't know that people who don't know the fact that passive smoking can cause cancer exist 😅🙈
Dude, do you even sleep?
another cause of the Great Dying was a volcanic event that occurred in what's now Siberia. known as a magma plume, this event also leaked out greenhouse gases called Halocarbons which is something peopled messed around with actual consequences. and the most messed up part is that the mollusk population was almost whipped out which would have left us as a world without snails.
Every major extinction event so far since the Cambrian has been associated with huge volcanic eruptions and the permian one has been shown to have been caused by the Deccan trapps.

Saw the movie The Core around a month ago, what could happen to us without our atmosphere in the first place is horrifying. just with the sun's rays alone, it would absolutely char the earth if we didn't have an atmosphere

Two words: neutron stars. They’re only 12 miles wide but would rip our planet apart if one comes near.
Because regardless of one’s stance, knowledge is power.
1 - It will be a glorious day when the media/all news sources are once again required to 1) be objective when reporting the news, and 2) openly state PRIOR to informing the public of any information when the info they’re about to provide will contain ANYTHING unconfirmed/unvalidated, subjective, theorized, etc.
2 - It is WELL WORTH ONE’S TIME to seriously research the multitude of reports and studies done on cancer by those with NO history of smoking, paying specific attention to “raise the risk of” vs “direct cause” or similar wording, the difference being vital for legal reasons tied to a patient and/or their family’s ability to sue a doctor and/or their practice, various things insurance companies might be compelled to cover, or not, among things for instance.
Things to note & compare for those w/ NO history of smoking:
-No history of family cancer, vs
-History of family cancer
-Prior smoker
-Never smoked
-Lastly, compare end results of each to “risk” of getting cancer for a smoker
(#s are always supplied)
-See if you’re not as surprised as I was and don’t continue digging for more damn answers after that.
Because regardless of one’s stance, knowledge is power.
Im gonna create one, atoms move in waves, if you ever observe an atom you run the risk of causing wave function collapse as in no more atoms move in waves which means atoms will crash into each other creating a chain reaction in which the universe gets destroyed in nuclear fire

I like how the rest are useful facts and then their is an american fact about the 49th us state. Like most people didnt need to know that because we're not american. I hate when americans give facts about america when its is literally not required in any capacity. Like what is so disturbing about knowing the orgins of a us state. Unalive? So annoying how people feel the need to baby the masses. I've seen plenty of UA-camrs including gamers who still use the words kill, murder and swear like sailors yet they don't get censored.
From my understanding, this is either an attempt to dodge UA-cam's demonetization or a carry-over from a similar rule on TikTok.
I think it's funny.
Gotta guarantee the bag. I cant blame him
I know it's commonly done like that, but the gameplay in the background heavily distracts me from both reading and listening. I'm sorry, I don't like it.

I first thought of vacuum energy death, but I also have another. There's a super rare condition called fatal familial insomnia. It's genetic, but you never know what mutation you might have. If you get it, one day you will lose the ability to sleep and die a few months later from sleep deprivation.
I'm not worried I have it, but the idea that your body can turn on you at the drop of a hat...
There's a condition in D&D called reverse alignment where you get a personality shift. It's fun for a game, but truly the worst fate for a character. You become the person that will undo everything you have done. The character burns everything they built and hates themselves for having made it. A joyless existence of doing the worst actions imaginable to you now.
If some day my personality swaps, please just put me down. Do it quick before I can lay any plans. Do even let me open my mouth.
Unit 731 was a Japanese war prisoner camp, which conducted war crimes against Chinese citizens they stole from mainland China. They cut people open while they were awake and alive, tested chemical warfare weapons, and gave people STDs and different diseases to study the affects it has on the individuals. Most of the records were destroyed, and everyone involved in the experiments was killed before anybody could speak up, so that is all we know. I'm sure there were much worse experiments conducted. I don't see enough people horrified over the war crimes Japan did. They only talk about the horrible experiments the Nazi's conducted while Japan gets away with it all.
I have adhd and have absolutely terrible memory. It feels like entire years of my life are gone. Although, if i try really hard, i can get bits and pieces. The last story kinda resonated with me for that reason. And no, i wasn't raised in an abusive household.
Nobody is driven to suicide by the CIA, the agency simply investigates itself and finds no wrongdoing.
Uh no, I'd say hallucinations as a blind person would be horrifying to the rest of us since the blind often dont have the extensive visual references that we do. Our dreams and hallucinations use the memories and experiences we have to construct what we see and experience, so what would the human mind construct when it dosent have much, if any, data to draw from? That sounds like some eldrich, Russian Sleep Experiment horror level shit
Your background is dizzying.
Another chernobyl fact:
The radioactive remnants of the core of chernobyl that are contained in the concrete dome will not even come CLOSE to decaying by half (one half life) before the entire earth is swallowed up by the sun going red giant.
That won't matter IF the nearest black hole in space to our solar system swallows up our earth and every other neighbouring planet with it BEFORE THEN .

fact: radium which is a extremely radioactive substance and quite unstable was used as medicine called RadiThor which is radium dissolved in water which on a article said "alleviates pain, aches and invigorate one sexually"which basically its liquid painkillers BUT this medicine came with multiple fatal flaws after to much of it being consumed the radiation will go through your DNA smashing it causing you to not heal properly which can lead to necrosis most likely in the mandible causing the bone to rot away and that included some other parts but mostly in your cranium and mandible eventually and painlessly your mandible would become so rotten it'll fall off then after that you'll most likely die from cancer or A.R.S (acute radiation syndrome) or cancer but the whole jaw falling off was referred to "radium jaw" the images are very disturbing but you know just another fuck you from nature to humans

Thank you (not the voice guy). Not to go on a tangent but it's funny seeing content creators obsess too much on AI optimization when in situations like this it hurts them more. I imagine you feel this way because it's kinda similar to having a teacher that just reads off powerpoint presentations sitting down compared to a teacher with passion/energy walking around the classroom like a maniac.
If you combine the quantum one and the expanding universe one, it could be that these bubbles are out there, but because the universe expands fast enough, they will never reach us even at the speed of light.

Sleep deprivation induced hallucinations suck dude. One time I was so sleep deprived that I almost shot at a shadow person(basically a hallucination of a human shaped "shadow") lmao

Story 16
Theoretically if they become sufficiently advanced, they could discover elements and materials that are known to exists nowhere else in their galaxy. And therefore theorize it must have come from outside their own solitary galaxy.
Additionally a similar process could be how we discover that there are/were multiple universes outside our own.
Story 15.
That’s a really really stupid argument. Humans do not cause organism to gain the ability to consume and excrete gases and chemicals. That’s a little known natural process, often referred to as evolution.
Story 3 Man, I wish my dad was still alive. He worked with NASA and knew like everything there was to know about space PLUS how to explain it to my dumb butt. We could have had such a cool conversation about this fun fact.

Wait... If gamma rays move at the speed of light, we're going to have at least 4.3 years for us to see it since thd nearest star (that isn't the sun) is 4.3 lightyear away...unless the gammer ray blaster will be our sun, in which case we're screwed sinch that's less than 10 minutes away for light to travel
16:20 That's not a fact. That's a conspiracy theory. Nonwhere are there government documents that say that happened. I know the House oversight committee did look into this, and they couldn't find anything. Keep in mind the director of The CIA was appointed by a Republican and the house was under Democratic control at the time. Then they did it again, and still couldn't find anything. This is as much a fact as Pizzagate.
The bit about missing something because you are born too late and drawing the wrong conclusion makes me think of how ancient people build pyramids that perfectly aligned with astrology with basic equipment and no telescopes as apparently they were invented like 200 years ago. I think we’ve something there. And also the conclusion that we are evolved apes, so makes me feel like we missed something that makes this evolution the logical conclusion but it’s not actually correct
I'm not sure why the narrator finds the concept of open scerets in Hollywood being 'too conspiracy theory' esque. It's just how things unfold. Celebrities who know each other irl will know the dark open secrets first and drop hints about it (to avoid being sued I'm sure) long before the truth gets blown wide open. Family Guy as an example isn't them actually 'predicting' the future by chance. Jokes have been made on there about different celebs because the creative minds behind it know rumors or dark facts about certain celebs. But I think OP from the video has a slightly wrong take on why this is creepy. We do get nuggets of really horrific information dropped to the public. What I find actually scary is that even when the public is made aware, it doesn't mean jack shit will be done about it. Look at what happened with the Panama papers. That journalist is dead now. The public knows. Nothing has come of the entire thing. That's scary.
Uhm. Ive had 2nd hand smoking for practically my entire life - im 19. Gg to lungs? Gonna hope they find a way to make synthetic organs BEFORE i die from that.
I did research about Sarin Gas for my Gifted project about chemical warfare.
Which scientists are we supposed to listen to then, because the climate scientists from before were all wrong, and half of current environment related scientists DON'T agree with climate change alarmism. Those arent the ones they put on the news though because that's not very useful. I'M not siding with the ones that have a- once is a fluke right- PATTERN of being wrong and propose solutions like windmills and electric cars that actually make things WORSE because of all the natural carbon to oxygen converters windmills destroy to be placed and oil still generates the electricty to power electric cars.
11:19 Honestly can't handle the insane presumptuousness of the person that started to talk about how light takes time to travel space, meaning most of what we see of the cosmos is a reflection of the past, as well as mentioning the expansion of the universe, in response to a question about facts that 'almost no one knows'. The definition of needing to touch grass
Really didnt need to have secondhand smoke leads to death thrown back at me right now. My mom is a smoker, im grown but disable and cant work. Our walls are YELLOW becauss she smokes inside. My crap has a thin layer of stuff from her smoke and i keep it in my room where she never goes. We arent in a big house.
Dude... I kind of like these videos, but seriously... If you look at this world and can not see yet that so many conspiracy theories have come true already or are on the verge of becoming so then I don't know what to make of your intellect. I am not saying all of them are true, because those in the illusory power that we give them have started tossing things into the conspiracy pot to deter people from dealing with any of it.

I am an undergraduate chemistry major and a few weeks ago I was trying to synthesize nickelocene. During one of the steps I had to dissolve NiCl2•6H2O into DMSO and I ended up spilling it on to myself. It soaked through my lab coat, through my pants, and directly on to my legs. i had to run to the bahroom to wash it off and I had to throw out the pants I was wearing. As the video suggests, DMSO delivers whatever is in it into your body, so this means that not only was the NiCl2•6H2O delivered into my body, but so was whatever is on the surface of my skin/ on my pants/ on my lab coat.
Its been 2 weeks since the incident and I appear to be fine so its probably ok. Its just funny that as a chemist i sometimes hear about dangerous chemicals in these videos and its a chemical i worked with recently in lab.

"The media is so fake". THE MEDIA like it is all the same. Many news channels have proven themselves to be very accurate. Others have chosen a different path. Reuters, NPR, AP, BBC have very good records. The problem today is if the media reports something that is unfavorable to something you happen to like, it is the trend to call it fake news. If your sources of news are being successfully sued for millions or billions of dollars and they aren't denying they are purposely lying......maybe it is time to find a more honest source of information. The type of person that would say "The media is so fake" is exactly the kind of person that gobbles up lies and conspiracy theories and refuses to go to sources that have a long history of honest content. Notice how I was able to write all of that without pointing out who I was obviously talking about?
