“Get the horses out of the stables and to higher ground.” This was right before a MAJORE storm. I texted them back immediately to let them know they had the wrong number. They were very grateful. Horses got to safety!
I used to work as a personal trainer and I’m female. I was sending my partner a text that said “I can’t wait to snuggle later 😘”… but accidentally sent it to my older female personal training client who had a session booked later that day. I realised my mistake straight away and quickly explained and apologised. We both had a good laugh about it and she even made jokes at her session asking when we were going to snuggle 😂

I once got a text from a random number saying they had a bet with friends about who could text some random person and keep the conversation going. They lost.
Back in the days of land lines, my ex-husband's phone number was one digit off from the local cab service. He would get calls at all hours. The funniest ones were in the middle of the night when a drunk needed a ride home. They would argue with him.
When I was in school, some random number sent me a picture of a school uniform for the exact same school that I went to, wanting to know if I was "still interested" in buying it. Whoever they were, I was walking amongst them on a daily basis, but I still have no idea who it was.
I once got a wrong-sent mail from someone I assumed worked as a dietician. She mailed me of list of questions like ’how does your daily eating routine look like?’ and ’how often do you work out?’ Me being bored decided to answer the questions in a serious yet joking way, then explained that she had mailed the wrong person. She got a good laugh out of my answers and apologised for the confusion.
I got home at 12:00 am after a long drive and the moment I entered the house I received a message and all it contained was a photo of a forest. No context, nothing else was sent. I still think about that photo, what it meant, why it was sent. It lives in my mind and part of me feels that was the intention.

Honestly that's weird enough that Occam's Razor would tell me it was a genuine mistake with someone who is a little odd. I mean, I might THINK the 'it was God' thing but saying it feels creepy. I'd just figure if it's God's will I don't need to verbalize that. It'd just work out.
A few years after getting my first cell phone, I got 3 texts inviting "me" to Laurie's wedding. My first reply: Sorry, wrong number. My second reply: What about "sorry, wrong number" don't you understand? My third reply? The only Laurie I know is already happily married. Never heard back. My impression is that a sibling was sending the texts. Maybe the bride-to-be finally saw my replies? Re: the story about a wrong number. My weirdest? While I was at rehab/nursing home recovering from a broken ankle, my answering machine recorded 3 calls from a little boy thinking he had his home number, & asking his mother to wake up! Third call had a woman interrupt & scold the kid for calling people. (Guessing grandma or a paid sitter. Obviously knew the correct home number. (Got the messages several weeks later, when I got home.)
I got one right after New Years reading "I get the holday rsh thing. Bu man u SURE you got no heroin. My cars's out front am I can't wait too long man." I sent back "No heroin dude." Got back "Weed?" "Not a drug dealer dude." "Huh... oh well shit??? Happy hollidays anyway. No shit."
I have my Grandpa's old number, so I usually get texts that read "Happy holidays to you and [grandma's name]" and I have to text back "this is his grandkid, I'll pass it along"
I had the same guy text me for about 3 years because he thought I was some girl named Daisy. I was a SAHM with little babies at the time. I would always tell him it was the wrong number, but he didn't always believe me, so then i would mess with him a bit. Nothing bad, just chatting, but we would have conversations for a while until he would ask me out, and I would tell him I'm happily married. Or he would ask me what I was doing, and I would say changing diapers. He would then stop texting me for a month or 2, sometimes longer than that. This went on for 3 years. I finally got a new phone plan that I couldn't port the number, so I never heard from him again.
Now I want to try some of these pranks. In the meantime, When I got my first personal phone number, I kept getting messages from large companies such as Walmart and Amazon. Eventually when I had my number changed, the person who used to have my number was telling these companies that she was going to pay monthly and after the first month just stopped and got it for a fraction of the original prices. The second one is the most recent. This person texted me and I told them they had the wrong number. They insisted they were right and I tried to convince them they texted the wrong number but they wouldn’t give in. Eventually asked if I was at some guy Henry’s wedding and I told them I hadn’t been to any weddings with a guy named Henry. They went, “Well someone there told me your number at the wedding” “That doesn’t mean they have the right number either!” “Wait is this not (I forgot the name)?” “NO!” I didn’t realize I was in all caps and they snapped at me from that last text. So I blocked them!
i got several wrong texts in a row once, from random numbers, they were all with pictured of christmas decorations and a number and a name. This was during Covid isolation in grade schools, and turns out a teacher had accidentally written her number with a 5 instead of a 3, which turned it into my number, and they had all sent me proofs of the task for the day. I had some very strange conversations with the kids before i knew they were kids, but i got the teachers number and told them about the mistake, fun times.
The way many computer systems store time is as the number of seconds passed since January 1st, 1970 in the GMT time zone. If for some reason a timestamp is not properly recorded/applied to something, then often it will just end up with a timestamp of "0", which when translated to a human-readable date and time gives January 1st 1970. Add a timezone offset to that, and you get your December 31st, 1969 date that you saw. Now if you see a 1969/1970 date randomly show up, you know why. If you are interested in learning more, just look up Unix Time on Wikipedia or such.
not texts but voice mails, for awhile I was getting up to 50 a day from irate people cussing me out. I didn't know any of them. it was during the housing market bust and for some reason when people were trying to call some foreclosure lawyer back using their caller id it was adding our local area code. Unfortunately the first three digits for my cell number is the same as the area code for houston where the lawyer was from. So I was getting all of their calls from my area from stressed out people who were having their homes threatened. The thing with highly emotional people is that they don't listen very well, or believe you when you say something they aren't expecting, and instead get even more irate and fight even harder. I eventually had to set my voicemail up to say "if you got this number from your caller ID you have the WRONG person, hang up and actually dial the number yourself instead of using caller ID!!!" it eventually stopped but damn it super sucked for a long while.
My grandparents' phone number was one digit off from the local Kentucky Fried Chicken. We got wrong number calls every so often but they were usually understanding about it
Now that I'm trying to remember times I've been called. I think I once started arguing with an old woman that wrote my number by accident twice. The second time she was sure that I was messing with her. After I convinced her to call again at the number she was trying to reach, she called again some minutes later to apologize xD
Once I got a message from someone who was sending art they did in Prison to I'm assuming was their friend and asked for their opinion. The art itself wasn't half bad, all tho a bit depressing. I told them it looked pretty good but they sent it to the wrong person. They apologized and that was it. One of the weirdest things I've been sent
i used to get sent texts weekly or bi-weekly telling me something like "hello all. pick up and drop off is _____ at date/time" style texts... never referred to any names or what it was for or about... I was spoooooked and ignored them for almost a year while I monitored other aspects of the investigation...
I’ve been getting political spam texts, all referring to me by the same name (wrong name, obviously) all using a different number, and I’ve been getting them for the past 4 YEARS! My blocked contacts list has almost reached 1000…
My parents landline phone number used to be one digit off from the number of the regional headquarters of our country's federal health insurance. Not only did we get calls from random people inquiring about this or that healthcare subject on the regular, we also got a bunch of medical records faxed in once my parents acquired a fax machine. It was a data protection officer's nightmare.
I had one of those accidental group-text things. Some folks from my college accidentally included me in a group chat for one of their classes. I only knew one person in the group and immediately said “You’ve got the wrong number, friend.” Everybody was super apologetic and they removed me from the chat. Hopefully, whatever project they were working on went well
I got a call from a lawyer in a fraud case. She was trying to reach another lawyer, and our numbers were similar. The number didn't set off my spam detection on my phone, so I answered, and she asked me if I was the lawyer. I explained I wasn't, as I am a graphic design student, and then she asked me if I knew the lawyer or his number. I did not, so I'm hoping everything worked out in the end.
Old friend was texting his gf, I know why she was always happy lol. I didn’t need to see that and we both acknowledged it was never sent and I never received it. Hope he pays attention next time.
I keep getting texts trying to buy a house. It's not my house to sell. Not going to post the address. Anyway, they never appreciate the prices I quote...
Oh i have one for this! My mum started getting texts from what was apparently a high school kid. Kid kept asking for some girl, and wouldnt take "wrong number" for an answer. he eventually called my mums phone, so i took the phone and said "what the hell do you want?" he definitely didnt expect a 20 something year old guy on the other end and immediately hung up
so this wasn't so much weird as just a wrong number but someone included me in a text chain about religious stuff. i replied back with the elmo gif with fire in the background and said hail satan because i'm an atheist and i was annoyed lol. someone wrote a few mins later, who is that? then i got a call and answered it and acted like i had no idea what was going on haha. i was removed from that.
Lady messaged me saying hey ( insert my name) are you coming to thanksgiving? I have a very uncommon name and I thought it was my grandma and she had which numbers. Then the lady mentioned a guy named John. I guess this was Johns grandma and johns girlfriend had the same name as I did. Sweetest old lady
Years ago, back when I was in college, I had a similar number to some teenager we’ll call “Molly.” Molly was apparently a total skank. At one point, I got her ex-boyfriend texting me, who we’ll call “Peter.” Peter sort of clicked with me. He had a rough home life and he’d text me to talk about his problems. He said he adopted me as his big sister. This went on for a few years until he was in his twenties. Texting became less and less until it stopped all together. I like to think that it was because he didn’t need me anymore. Makes me tear up a little to this day. Hon, if you somehow are reading this, your adoptive big sister “Alice” hopes you’re doing okay.
I got this nice text just before this last Christmas and it was a lengthy one that I can't remember all the details musky mostly just that it was somewhat Christian based about how grateful they were and the whole thing. They, I'm guessing a munger of grown kids with it being a local number that I noticed, meant it for someone else and was glad that I ended up with the group chat and that I got something from it as well. It was a good laugh from both our perspectives and I even told my firm about that when it was happening because she happened to be sitting right next to me when the text conversation was going on at the time between me and the other person. Oh, my last number was under another name, a Hispanic man's, for quite some time on a church friend's, who happens to have died since then, phone id even though I'd had that number for awhile by then and I think I got that fixed with the phone company, and I don't have that phone number or phone company since late last June, but that was still wild all the same. Also I got a summons for some completely different person with the same name only different birthday and I had to kinda battle that for a little while, but that stopped after a little while
I was added to a WhatsApp group with dozens of people I didn't know. People were freaking out in it trying to figure out why they are in the group. A few figured out that nobody knew anyone, and sent messages aimed at creating even more confusion. Next day I told about it to my friend. Turns out he was the one who created the group and was laughing his ass of at the chaos.
not technically a text and it wasn't me, but when my mother got her first phone it was a single digit off from a local pizza shop, she said it was annoying how everyday she would get a random call from somebody ordering pizza
The weird text i get from someone are not accidental texts. They were lottery scams wanting me to contact them claiming i had won prizes.... so it's probably wanted to get my details for identity theft. I never responded to any of their texts. 😆😆😆😆
Twelve thousand messages from several different Harris-Walz and Trump-Vance campaigns. Annoying. 5 calls in 3 minutes from "STINKY'S SEWAGE" in NJ. Weird. Etc, etc.
Had a boy from my class text me when in high school asking me to be his girlfriend and call him, I told him I didn't see him in that way (we had gotten a little closer the previous month or so), came to find out the next morning the text was not at all meant for me, wich ended up being for the best as it didn't get akward between us afterwards.
My weirdest is a continuous text stream from a medical office to my wireless router. Yup. It catches about 4-9 robo doctors office messages for someone ive never heard of a week. No way to stop it or even respond. But apparently they miss a lot of appointments.
I got sent adult pics of my former dispatcher, with a message from him; “Can’t wait to give it to you tonight, baby.” I had just changed numbers recently, and my number and his wife’s number were 2 numbers apart. Funny enough, my name and her name was eerily close as well (Brandy). I called him, and he had freaked out. I’m gay anyway, and it was an impressive size, so I didn’t mind. About 3 weeks later, he did let me mess with him, and have my way with him.
Revenge [censored] should not be tolerated or excused. I don’t care what your partner did to you, it’s disgusting to do something like that. Excusing something like that is not ok.
This is a text I received on New Years Day 2015;while I was in Omaha. “ Dude, do me a solid and go to my apartment, ( you know where the key is) , get my extra car keys, drive your car to the zoo and let this guy out of the trunk of my car. Try Not to let anyone see you”
My friend got a text from this old woman who lost her husband and then replied to her😂 The lady explained everything after and she just texts the number because she misses him.
Didn't happen to me, but my mom texted me one time to have a pizza delivered while she was out of the hose... Except she didn't text me . She texted someone else with a similar number. This wrong number WENT OFF on my mom swearing up and down saying "I ain't getting you no fucking pizza". We laughed about it.
I got invited to a group chat with random people and i just lurked there to see what happened they send a few positivity memes and then the group chat died probably because the person they intended to invite found out she wasnt there😅
One time I was sent the following: "Sexy sexy did you wear those hot sexy tights today" Needless to say, I informed them that I was NOT who they were looking for, as I was male, owned no tights, and was not named Michelle
My dad accidentally sent me a text that was meant for his side piece. I mentally blocked out what that text said. But it happened. It fucked me up for a few days.
Ive had my number for over ten years and i dont understand how genuinely real people still call me mixing up a number. I get it alot of people switch providers alot. But ive had this number ten years. Maybe pay attention to the number your typing idk. I just assume anyone accidently calling me is either an idiot or a terrible friend
A few years ago, I was talking on snapchat to someone I had mutual feelings with It got to the point that we started exhanging photos Obviously, the bathroom is a good place for this Well, we're well into it, and it's my turn again. I take a nice photo from underneath and... then accidentally drop my phone into the full bathtub I was standint next to. My phone, glitching out, POSED MY MOST DETAILED PICTURE ON MY STORY I believe part of me died that day
i got a random text message from an unknown number saying, “Hey, how are you? Im glad to finally get your number.” or something like that. i never gave anyone my number 😂 i also get text messages trying to confirm a package like once a week
One time my friend got a text that said "aye this randy I need sum of that juice pull up at 2 or 3" like wtf and his friend said it sounded like a drug deal
Before the days of cell phones, but in the middle of the beeper/pager era, My best buddy Bryan had just left my house after hanging out a while. (All my friends used my home phone to call people back). As Bryan left, the phone rang. "Hi is Brian there"? I raced to catch him and he was gone. As I explained sorry he left to go back to wherever, she got confused. Ironically turned out she paged/beeped and different Brian. She was cool, actually ended up grabbing a date with her!😂 She was super pretty too, just not my type.
One time my friend sent me a paragraph she instantly deleted it but i read something about lube and no protection i replied "huuuuuh?" "Wha???" "???" Aka pure confusion lol
I once Got asked if my kid wanted to have a playdate with the texters kids. I had to text that they sadly have the wrong number as i am very single, very much a Virgin and dont have any kids :)
Mine was from a inshore company saying I was in a car accident and I’m intiteld to money the this is I haven’t been out the house for four years and the text came on the second year lol couldn’t stop laughing
Late to the party, but I have a couple myself. I once got called by a woman who was looking for the guy who previously had my number and she proceeded to keep me on the phone going on and on about how worried she was about the guy. Another time, I woke up to a text announcing the birth of someone's baby. I told them they had the wrong number but congrats on their baby.
We had a talk in our Secondary School, the Gardaí Officer (Irish Cop) came in, telling us how and why it’s a horrible idea sending intimate images to anyone online, I think he’s right, why would you do that? That school was lucky the kid didn’t go full ‘sociopath mode’ and do a ‘No Russian’ in that school.
I got multiple calls/texts from middle aged turkish women thinking I was someone else. Even got added to a whatsapp community which seemed to be a mosque of a small town nearby. After leaving I got added again 😂. It stopped by now but that was going on for about half a year.
I assume some can be explained by the number being right but the area code being wrong I have had that happen at my parent’s house, someone had meant to call one town over but didn’t type the area-code so they got connected to my parents’ house phone
Number I do not recognize: "Lauren, you left your briefcase. I'll be waiting here for you to pick it up." (My name isn't Lauren and I do not own a briefcase.) Me: "Wrong number." (One day goes by. I forget about the text. Next day...) Number I do not recognize: "Yeah, I mistyped. Sorry for bothering you." I hope Lauren got her briefcase.
“He sent a distressed emoji” cracks me up for some reason. Just imagining “Sorry, wrong number, but good luck with the hot tub!”
“😦”
LMAOOO
“😩”
😮😦😧😨😰😱
“Get the horses out of the stables and to higher ground.” This was right before a MAJORE storm. I texted them back immediately to let them know they had the wrong number. They were very grateful. Horses got to safety!
No-one deserves to have explicit content of them ‘revenge posted’ because they did something bad, this is why we have this law.
Because they *might've* done something bad. We don't know if he actually was a cheater, and if he wasn't, that's even more messed up

Woah! Good stories chosen again! I love how you dont use an AI voice and a real voice! I really like your voice and it makes me happier.
IKR? There's so much warmth and inflection in OP's voice. AI is a cop out in all but a handful of comedic cases.
Fr
AI voices are really annoying imo
I‘m actually here for this narrator. He’s so empathetic. I like that.
I love this guy’s voice

It’s the call of the wild. Your spirit is meant to be free is nature 😁
6:11 "Congratulations, you played yourself."

It was probably someone you knew attempting to mess with you if it was the same area code
That sounds plausible, but it didn't sound like anyone I know, nor do I know anyone with even remotely similar names to the ones that were mentioned.
yea they probably lied about the name
Fair point, but I don’t really know anyone who does that type of stuff. I’ll concede that your explanation is still a distinct possibility, though.
I love these light hearted ones after some of the heavier topics! 🥰
Aww I’m jealous. All I got were spam texts for Luis. Hope he’s doing ok…
A few years after getting my first cell phone, I got 3 texts inviting "me" to Laurie's wedding. My first reply: Sorry, wrong number. My second reply: What about "sorry, wrong number" don't you understand?

James Vietch has some hilarious stand up where he messes with people that accidentally text him or spam emailers. All these stories crack me up too 😂
I got one right after New Years reading "I get the holday rsh thing. Bu man u SURE you got no heroin. My cars's out front am I can't wait too long man."
I sent back "No heroin dude."
Got back "Weed?"
"Not a drug dealer dude."
"Huh... oh well shit??? Happy hollidays anyway. No shit."
I have my Grandpa's old number, so I usually get texts that read "Happy holidays to you and [grandma's name]" and I have to text back "this is his grandkid, I'll pass it along"
These just make me wonder how I've only had like one wrong number text and a couple wrong number calls in my life.
I'm glad the good narrator is back, thank god.
An Uber driver texted me "The bread was not toasted"
Unforgivable
That last story is my worst nightmare fr
Now I want to try some of these pranks. In the meantime,
When I got my first personal phone number, I kept getting messages from large companies such as Walmart and Amazon.
They went,
“Well someone there told me your number at the wedding”
“That doesn’t mean they have the right number either!”
“Wait is this not (I forgot the name)?”
“NO!”
I didn’t realize I was in all caps and they snapped at me from that last text. So I blocked them!
I hope the OP who learned bf had a long term gf told THAT GIRL
i got several wrong texts in a row once, from random numbers, they were all with pictured of christmas decorations and a number and a name.
The first cheating one, at least wait until you have proof of the cheating before sending the revenge pics
A few years ago I got a text from my 14 or 15 years old Granddaughter that said it was sent in Dec 1969. Time travel?. 😂
I have had the same number since 2006. But apparently my name is Louise. Thanks, Cingular/ATT/Spectrum/Verizon!
not texts but voice mails, for awhile I was getting up to 50 a day from irate people cussing me out.
When my landlady accidentally sent me the text that was meant for her daughter talking about how horrible I was. That was great.
My guy became Edward? God, I can’t imagine that, and for years too? Isn’t that in some form partial identity theft? That’s just weird man.
When my mum and I moved into where we live now, we kept getting calls on our landline asking for a hypnotherapist😂
My grandparents' phone number was one digit off from the local Kentucky Fried Chicken. We got wrong number calls every so often but they were usually understanding about it
I got calls again and again on my old number ... no scam. sometimes it´s just annoying 😂
I got a text once that said, “Shaquia, grandma needs her knife and the money”. WTF. Sounds like grandma was doing a drug deal
Lol, it happens to the best of us.. especially when in a hurry. Cute story. Have a good day. Made me laugh, by golly I needed that! Thx
Someone once texted me, “did you touch my ribs” it was so weird. I just blocked the number but now I kinda wish I’d messed with them lol
2k subs a day dude you are on a fucking roll
I had one of those accidental group-text things. Some folks from my college accidentally included me in a group chat for one of their classes. I only knew one person in the group and immediately said “You’ve got the wrong number, friend.” Everybody was super apologetic and they removed me from the chat. Hopefully, whatever project they were working on went well
How do you pump out so much good content so fast?
a team can do wonders haha
@@UnderSparked That it can. Keep treating them well, my dude. Good teams seldom happen twice. 💖
pause bro 😭💀
Kid kept asking for some girl, and wouldnt take "wrong number" for an answer. he eventually called my mums phone, so i took the phone and said "what the hell do you want?" he definitely didnt expect a 20 something year old guy on the other end and immediately hung up
With the second story, imagine if there was a minor in his contacts 😨
How did drug dealer wrong number guy know they blocked them. Lmao
if you message and it turns green or says not delivered they blocked you
so this wasn't so much weird as just a wrong number but someone included me in a text chain about religious stuff. i replied back with the elmo gif with fire in the background and said hail satan because i'm an atheist and i was annoyed lol. someone wrote a few mins later, who is that? then i got a call and answered it and acted like i had no idea what was going on haha. i was removed from that.
For story 20 text back and say “I’m back”
My friend accidentally sent me the message: "can you send me a full-body pic?"
...it was supposed to be for his girlfriend
I got a prank text on April 1st that said “🍑🫵🏾😩” and my mom thought I was interacting with a creep
HE IS BACK
I got sent adult pics of my former dispatcher, with a message from him; “Can’t wait to give it to you tonight, baby.” I had just changed numbers recently, and my number and his wife’s number were 2 numbers apart. Funny enough, my name and her name was eerily close as well (Brandy).
I called him, and he had freaked out. I’m gay anyway, and it was an impressive size, so I didn’t mind. About 3 weeks later, he did let me mess with him, and have my way with him.
0:45 when i saw that the girlfriend did that, i actually stopped breathing for a second. Im not kidding.
Try
Not to let anyone see you”
My friend got a text from this old woman who lost her husband and then replied to her😂 The lady explained everything after and she just texts the number because she misses him.
Story 22. OP has a pretty cool MIL.
I got invited to a group chat with random people and i just lurked there to see what happened they send a few positivity memes and then the group chat died probably because the person they intended to invite found out she wasnt there😅
One time I was sent the following:
"Sexy sexy did you wear those hot sexy tights today"
Needless to say, I informed them that I was NOT who they were looking for, as I was male, owned no tights, and was not named Michelle
My dad accidentally sent me a text that was meant for his side piece. I mentally blocked out what that text said. But it happened. It fucked me up for a few days.
This was when I was young someone emailed me a bunch of coupon codes that can redeem real money lol
Story 21: I once knew a male named Ashley... don't recall much more, but yea... anyway...
I asked lady I work with what she got for Christmas she put booster seat for my cat, she meant car
A few years ago, I was talking on snapchat to someone I had mutual feelings with
It got to the point that we started exhanging photos
Obviously, the bathroom is a good place for this
Well, we're well into it, and it's my turn again. I take a nice photo from underneath and... then accidentally drop my phone into the full bathtub I was standint next to.
My phone, glitching out, POSED MY MOST DETAILED PICTURE ON MY STORY
I believe part of me died that day
i got a random text message from an unknown number saying, “Hey, how are you? Im glad to finally get your number.” or something like that. i never gave anyone my number 😂 i also get text messages trying to confirm a package like once a week
One time my friend got a text that said "aye this randy I need sum of that juice pull up at 2 or 3" like wtf and his friend said it sounded like a drug deal
5:20 Ayo what the hell-
Some random stranger texted me about drunk shitting his pants
Before the days of cell phones, but in the middle of the beeper/pager era,
My best buddy Bryan had just left my house after hanging out a while. (All my friends used my home phone to call people back).
As Bryan left, the phone rang. "Hi is Brian there"? I raced to catch him and he was gone. As I explained sorry he left to go back to wherever, she got confused. Ironically turned out she paged/beeped and different Brian. She was cool, actually ended up grabbing a date with her!😂
She was super pretty too, just not my type.
I assume some can be explained by the number being right but the area code being wrong
I have had that happen at my parent’s house, someone had meant to call one town over but didn’t type the area-code so they got connected to my parents’ house phone
Number I do not recognize: "Lauren, you left your briefcase. I'll be waiting here for you to pick it up."
(My name isn't Lauren and I do not own a briefcase.)
Me: "Wrong number."
(One day goes by. I forget about the text. Next day...)
Number I do not recognize: "Yeah, I mistyped. Sorry for bothering you."
I hope Lauren got her briefcase.
lol once I got a text saying sh!t up (someone’s name)
J-rock sounds like J-rock from trailer park boys
story 6 is straight up impersonating someone and ruining their social life
