Little update: the steering wheel it comes with is actually genuine leather and not PVC leather!
OMG man! i love u! i didn't even knew that something like this exists... and i was asking some others sim racing rewiewers why isn't there any wireless button plate... 😅. and some people even tryed to explain to me that that's kinda impossible 😂. Keep up the good work man!💪💪
I really like your channel, great reviews, got njmotion compact r, simucube 2 pro, csl pedals (I know) and thinking of a wireless solution, thx for your work
Hi Dan, great review. Thinking of getting this for VRS base. It looks like they switched to a new version? Dropped a rotary and added a funky switch?
+-550 USD for this w/ the SRC clamp before shipping sounds like an awesome price.
I would love to see one with dual clutch
If they start to make wheels with dual clutch, I'll buy instantly
Hey Dan, great review as always.
Will the Asetek forte review be re-posted?
Just curious. Not concerned with details about your correspondence with Asetek. Just yes or no would be great.
Yes :)
Awesome🤘🏼🏁
and... one question, if u still have it, what is the wheight of the button plate?
What kind of Velcro u use?
I have one gripe Dan. 400+ euros is not affordable my man. I'd rather get a real car rim and then just build a button box for it, but I guess you get what you pay for. It wouldn't hold a candle to this, quality wise, but I'm guessing I could build a box from the open designs on thingy verse and make it work to a satisfactory degree (or so I think).
nothing is affordable if you have no money... this is affordable in relation to other products
If you diy one it would never handle a dd base.
@@AdhamHossam165 button box doesn't have to be load bearing. There are plenty of designs out there which doesn't stress the button box.
Bro what? $400 for a wheel in this community isn't bad. Lol you act like most of these wheels aren't real car quality? Or that you can't take it apart and add the real release for whatever car you are driving? I hope you realize slot pf rims aka sparco etc have come into the sim market and are all the quality of the real car wheels legit alot are the same bow. This one is def close to real car quality also even if the looks may not be your favorite.
Hey Dan, would this work with the Moza R9 wheelbase? Really like Radical wheel design.
Hello Mark. Yes, with the Moza QR. And Simagic for example is the same, with the Simagic QR.
Regards
The FFB is dependent on the steering wheel base right?
Hello. The FFB is only dependent on the base. Regards
W mans
Works with every base? Even a fanatec dd ?
Hello. Yes, even fanatec using the podium hub. Regards
G A M E S ?!
Ascher racing button box is not that much more but it is much better in quality, I would rather go for that and buy the rim separate as the rim that comes with this is not that good anyway
Simucube only. Beauty of this is you can use it on any base
I actually think the rim is pretty good!
@@designamk1160 that's just a button box thought, when you add the cost of a quality rim, it's almost doubled the price
@@designamk1160 judging by the comments, I feel it may be market dependant.
I'm in Britain, so no delivery or import cost on SRC so to me a wheel like this makes sense.
@@designamk1160 yes. USB it's not competitive. Wireless for any base it's highly competitive.
3 min outro
I felt that.
Dan the time stamps on the video are from the seat mover review. Other than that great review once again!
oooops, thanks :D will fix
@@DanSuzuki no worries!
