Thank you for the taking the time to do the video, I enjoy and learn from you a lot; I appreciate the detail on your work and the patience to explain the procedure; Thank you very much; I will be doing the brake pads on my sons 99 Acura RL and I have learned a lot from you..Thanks Again
I changed the rotors and brakes on my 2002 acura rl. I did disconnect the brake line from the caliber and now no pressure. Any advice would be appreciated.
Did you tighten the brake line bolts to spec with the washers intact (preferably, they should be new washers) then bleed the brakes? These videos may be useful: ua-cam.com/video/5NORbw69fMc/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/AMDhyGlUicY/v-deo.html
The sensor replacement is in the Brakes section on page 19-103 of the service manual: www.mediafire.com/file/uvbmryok1ax4vbs/Acura_RL_-_Factory_Service_Manual_%25281996-2004%2529.zip/file If I have time this week, I'll make a video.
You have not telling us how to set off the rear brake. Inner shoes brake locked when i removing the rotor 😢 There are no way to remove the rotor 😢. Need to search for other source😢
I don't know how that can be 1999. A car wouldn't be that clean underneath after 12 months in Minneapolis. Not exaggerating. I've driven cars you could lift up the floor mat and watch the road go by.
I'm about to do this job, and your video lays it all out so clearly. Nice job on the editing, explanations, and on screen specs.
Good to hear. Thanks for checking out the video!

Yes, I mentioned at 0:48 that the emergency brake needs to be disengaged so that the rotor can be removed.
Thank you@@carapprentice

Yeesh. We don't have many rusty cars in the Pacific Northwest. My 1982 GMC pickup has minimal rust.
