DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Just got this setup in and wow is it a disappointment. After hunting down a copy of the product manual I found the steps necessary to connect the Tally box via IP address. It doesn't work though, so naturally I tried calling customer support to see if I missed a step or was sent a defective unit. HOLLYLAND HAS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, so call or send emails all you want but no one will get back to you. If anyone knows how to setup this unit with the static IP address out of a tricaster please let me know because inputting the IP address to the Tally box and connecting it via ethernet doesn't work.
On Vmix I went into settings and checked a box to allow tally without logging in. I use static ip on everything. I have the hollyland tally on static and my switching systems all on static. Once I checked that box the hollyland lit up and has been flawless. I’m on the road and can try to look as well when I get back. It’s one tech to another here - I have no relationship to hollyland. I’ve had success and I want to share that
@@TheRyanVan I returned my unit after customer support left me high and dry, I looked into the Vmix fix and it seems like that would work for my setup however the Tally box I was sent wasn't even able to connect the the firmware app from Hollyland so I'm assuming the box was faulty. I don't know for sure since I was never able to reach anyone at Hollyland customer support for trouble shooting and the tips on their website didn't produce any results.

Did you ever get it to work? I can’t get mine to work either. Tried the VMix hack and that didn’t work either.
