@@debbiewoo7709 did you feed at peak or ever let it collapse? if the starter react and rise, you need to catch the peak to feed, be consistent and perseverance
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I did. I feed them at peak. Last time, I only follow the instructions to feed them . Until one of the UA-camr advised what u mentioned to feed them at peak. That's why I feed 3 times a day. In order to avoid over-fermented, I put it into the refrigerator after feed them in ratio 1:2:2 last night. I took it out this morning.
@@debbiewoo7709 try to keep at RT if you want it to be active. you can feed higher ratio to withstand overnight (e.g. 1:3:3 or 1:4:4). Keeping in fridge makes it hibernate.
