Edit: hipnosis hamon goes with Z and X and the hipnosis to make the 5 bubbles and deal massive damage

Problem is you have to use an amazing combo extender for normal moves. I guess the damage is fine

swap vampire with boxing, because vampire can actually negatively effect some stands. Because it has no instant guard breaks like boxing

Zepelli desperately needs defense upgrades. But if thats too much then he needs a strong af healing regen passive (a single upgrade in the skill tree called "Hamon healing" that boosts healing speed significantly when you charge your hamon, or have your hamon bar filled)
Also, tornado overdrive never really sat well with me. It doesnt look nor act like a good move at all. Either make tornado overdrive come out faster and have an aoe hitbox when it lands (direct hit does more dmg tho), make it a barrage type move, or just take it out and replace it with something else
Edit: Zoom punch also kinda sucks. Like a lot. It takes forever to come out and it's extremely noticeable. I say remove a bit of its range and in return decrease it's windup time

i would say boxing should be at the top, great mobility, good extender, best block breakers in the game, and really good defense

Tornado overdrive is useless, zoom pinch is the average combo extender with stand range but we have better than it, sendo overdrive is the only very good move and sendo kick is useless too

Zepelli hamon basically turns you into a glass cannon. But instead of a cannon, it's a pebble dispenser
