the problems with scr are pretty fundamental so some stat/duration/skill point nerfs would still leave it with the nonsense it has.. just reduced, this is one of the stands that should be on the priority list for reworks as it really just can't be fixed with balance changes
@eE-jj4xv Balance team will just make SC:R cost more to upgrade, I'm sure, they never come up with something interesting and just increase amount of skill points needed for upgrades
it won't get nerfed cuz its actually balanced the problem is that Ta4 got nerfed to dust so now there's no counter to YoS but dw scr physically can't get any further nerfs
