Why are her knees pointing inward when her feet are forward?
Because she likely has femoral hip retroversion and what that means is her legs are screwed into her hip facing outwards instead of the normal position. She’s probably really uncomfortable walking with her feet facing forward because it’s not a natural position for her anatomy.

You can't change external tibial torsion in adults with exercises.. I know this because I've tried. You need surgery.
