Thank you for these videos. I am fairly new to incorporating IFS into my self-care practice. I've read all and worked through some of the book "No Bad Parts." I've watched a number of clips on UA-cam (I find yours especially beneficial). I like how this video's questions lead one to Self. Thank you for it and I look forward to further posts. If one day you ever do a video on how you or others you've known to practice experience the voices of the parts - eg, literally, or as an interpretation of signals and sensations, or in some other way - I would be grateful for that. It's one key point that confuses me. Presently, if I ask, If this part had a voice, what would it say? - that helps. But thank you again for this specific video!
IFS makes so much sense. Conventional therapy revisits the wound but lacks putting in place new ways of thinking and skills about the past.
