this is great, BUT at the end my effect has ablack glow around my subject that i cant get rid of? you're had that too but then it looks like you abruptly skip a few steps right at the end and suddenly its gone? PLEASE help i have spent two days trying to figure this out!
Use curves to boost exposure and maybe a little blur beforehand so the lightnight gets thicker when you boost the exposure. Do all this before the turbulent displace.

Use screen blending mode or use unmult plugin or use levels effect to clip black so color values don’t go below zero
