Thank you Chrissoula, I'm really glad you enjoy the content. I have herd Some people say, Eat before you watch the bush Tv as he just might make you hungry Haha. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Cheers, Bush Tv.
Good track. Did it 30 years ago in my old 60 series and my mate in a SWB Patrol - took us 9 hours with the patrol and its driver breaking down many times. Should have taken more than 2 boxes of bbq shapes in hindsight🤪
Swastika on the hut door.. never will understand why people go to them places and feel the need to deface them... great video though. Meal looked delicious. Beers are always a win.. as an east gippslander I love seeing these tracks that aren't too far from home...😊
G'day Shane, Very disappointing to see that type of Riff Raff get into the area. I also noticed one on a sign at the Seaton Glenmaggie intersection on the way home. Beers, Roast, and the location were perfect mate. Cheers for the comment.
My brother and I did these tracks in March 2024 & camped in the spot on the right before Dingo Creek, enough space for 2 tents, fabulous star viewing spot as very isolated. Try an alternative secret ingredient Nullarbor Dust from an Aussie company called Grilla Pit - magic for your roast veggies
Yeah years ago there was another really good spot further down, but I think it's now overgrown. I'll check out that ingredient mate. Thanks for the feedback 👍
Great video mate been watching your vids for a bit now and enjoy every one I think that meal was one of your best so far..keep up the good work looking forward to the next one..stay safe mate
G'day Louie, thanks for the feedback mate 👍 I've cooked some great roasts in the camp oven over the years and that one was really good. Glad you're enjoying the content mate. Cheers. Bush Tv 👍
Thanks Chris, Next trip is being planned as we speak. bit of a set back this month due to Easter and public holidays but its planned and going to be a big one.
Another great episode there Bushy, i like the no muckin around good old fashioned camping mate. Also like how you always put in track names of where you are....keep up the good work!
Another Awesome video, Thnx,, really great content. Also, Thnx so much for sharing your locations like the camp site, stream, river names, etc.. - so many other UA-camrs won't share this info - they want you to Subscribe and support their channel but don't give much back, so Thnx heaps mate,, keep up the great work. Look forward to your next video. Cheers, Johnny.
Cheers Johnny, I try my best but you know how is can't please everyone. Some don't like me giving away some locations due to Right Raff but most places I go are pretty popular to some. Glad you're enjoying mate.
Can be surpring how sometimes there's always campsites around the corner, then sometimes you've got to look far and wide for one hey Love it mate! Gotta get myself one of those camp ovens! Cracker weather as well! 🤙
Not wrong Jordan, Use to be a lot more spots even at the end of Caledonia river tk. Its amazing how much it changes. Cant beat the good old camp oven roast mate 👍 Really good weather on that trip mate, Hoping for some good conditions on the next one.
Thanks for the video mate. I've always seen that hut on the map and wondered what it was like there! Shame about that bloody swatstika on the door of the hut. I hear shaws creek has small trout in it, but I guess you'd have to be a bit lower down cause it looks like a very small creek there.
G'day Luke, Its a great little hut mate and the creek is really good as well. at the other spot in part 2 I seen a lot of fish jumping (just under pan size) but I didn't have time for a fish there. At the billabong though I had a good size trout follow on the 1st cast so they are there. Apparently Parks have now sprayed over the swastika's on the hut...Very disappointing to get that sort of Riff Raff up there mate.
Great video! (new subscriber) We camped at Howitt Hut in December but never made it to McMichaels. Looks like a great camp spot. Thanks for sharing; we’ll just have to go back now :)
Cheers mate and Welcome, Always a good excuse to get back out there mate its a great spot and if you don't get the hut there some great spots in the snowgums back near the lagoon end of Kelly's Lane. 👍
What would you rate the difficulty of dingo hill track and caladonia River track? Would it be easy enough to do (near the end of summer) by yourself with medium 4wd experience?
That is the best condition I have every seen both dingo hill and Caledonia river track, I don’t think Caledonia has many camps as it’s usually wet and like swamp
I shouldnt of watch this at dinner time, bloody hungry now 😁
Hahaha I tend to do that to viewers mate 👍love a Roast in the camp oven 👍

Good track. Did it 30 years ago in my old 60 series and my mate in a SWB Patrol - took us 9 hours with the patrol and its driver breaking down many times. Should have taken more than 2 boxes of bbq shapes in hindsight🤪

Agree mate , these people are a total waste to society and most certainly do not belong in our beautiful back yard ..
Parks Vic rangers sprayed over it last Thursday@@Bush-Tv

Naughty, Naughty, Naughty man. Not wearing your seat belt.
In and out of the car to much But only on tracks.. Still no excuse I know and I'm making a habit of not to do it mate
What would you rate the difficulty of dingo hill track and caladonia River track? Would it be easy enough to do (near the end of summer) by yourself with medium 4wd experience?
I would say yes but after those weather events things change. do you have a winch mate
That is the best condition I have every seen both dingo hill and Caledonia river track, I don’t think Caledonia has many camps as it’s usually wet and like swamp
G'day mate, Yeah very good condition that time. Only camps are near the bottom of Dingo.
Another great video mate, but have a question for you, where are you buying the big coopers green cans from? 🍺 can't find them near me.
Was lucky to find them in an IGA mate was a bonus at the same price.
Not sure if there still available.
New T shirt?
And a new hoodie as well Tina, You will see that in the next one. 👍
I cheat i take some bbq briquettes with me throw them in the fire and use them as coals
Well if it works mate you can't go wrong 👍
Mmmmmmm, if any left over, roast lamb dead orse sanga's .
Defiantly 👍
Good video again Bushy
move your car off the road what if someone wants to get past.
Should have see the line of traffic behind me
