I just started this practice and it has helped my insomnia tremendously, and helped with neck stress pain every time I've needed it. You have to do it for a while before it really kicks in. I've had some wild dreams too.

Thanks for your feedback, yes sometimes there are immediate effects, and some come over time. Congratulations.

@ I think after a week of practice I felt my sleep issues become much less of a problem, now I seldom lie awake ruminating. That was real torture for me.

@@sawahtb Sleep deprivation is a method of torture for a reason. I am happy for you. Well done!

    Does it actually work?
I ask because I've been doing tappong for a month and nothing has changed in my life. Others said they would tap for me but that hasn't worked at all for me.

It is helpful. We had this practice with street kids.

Great to hear. Can you tell us more about your practice with street kids?

Those videos are really great! Any chance you could post some versions with titles that don't include the word "trauma"? (and put the name and info in the description)
I often want to share them with friends, but hesitate because of the title, not wanting to imply that someone who might benefit from a self-regulation technique would be experiencing anything related to "trauma".
    Thanks!
