I bought a new Waverly home in 1997 was a beautiful home Waverly attion to details and quality and craftsman ship is excellent and their customer service is impeccable one of the best mobile homes you can buy today
Another issue that we dealt with. Those tiny drains on the side of the roof just don't cut it. We put vinyl gutters up. Those worked only so well. Believe me folks, we tried everything. Wait till you get 10 inches of rain in one day. It's nobody's fault.
Maybe it used to have that channel on the outside on the back but it got removed when they moved the door. This one is quite a piece of work! I wonder if they've acquired trailers that are too beat up to even try to flip given how bad some of these are.
OSB, or Oriented Strand Board, is a type of manufactured plywood. LOL I went to Home Depot to get some OSB/pressboard for my rotten under sink. But it was $26.99 a sq. foot, and extra money to cut it just right. Yeeks! So I went to Dollar Tree and got some foam board and fixed my sink right up for $10. I'll have to do it again when I get my icky old nasty disposal out and my new dishwasher in.
Too ruff, lots of risk. The back door was most likely a patio door. Was probably cheaper to use a regular door. If not putting one in would clean that whole area right up. Still too much work...
@@mybrotherdonnie You probably can't do anything with it I was thinking it was newer but it's 1984 single wide 3 bedroom 2 bath central air but will sale it cheap if your interested.
Now you gotta admit, that faux stained-glass panel adds class to the crapper. You're right, it's a rough one. Thanks for taking us along guys!
Thanks for watching
I love y’all videos. I am thinking about purchasing a used mobile home and the information y’all put out is invaluable.
Thanks for watching
I also love watching you two go out and find mobile homes and remodel them for renters!

Yep if you get a lot of rain it wIil jump it
I don't think they actually moved the back door I think it has a sliding glass door and they took it out and put a regular door in. Great video.
Didn’t think about that that’s very possible

I’m sure they get some that are junk
👍👍👍I can't believe 25000 for one looks like that I used to give 2000 for a used single wide. But that was 20 years ago 😎☕
I gave that for them to
In my state...this would be scrap due to building code requirements on a relocated trailer.
South Carolina it’s not a problem
The molded seashell sink easily increases the value by $5,000.🤪
Lol
@@mybrotherdonnie Just ask Donnie...a Flag Pole in the front yard will give it that stately look, & bump it up another 10K😁
@@Stovepipe274 hell yeah
I really like a tile floor. That trailer had too much issues with the ceiling.
