Please for the love of all things, take us through your garage transformation Matt. It's a great opportunity to let us in on your process. Plus, it's great for pulling in new audiences.
You guys really should have a podcast. The energy when you get together is always fantastic. I'm glad that there was no falling out between the two of you.
That sounds like the best 30 minutes of the month! just chatting about what project they liked, what issues they had and how they overcame would be amazing!
MD & Matt, a great example of companionship!!!! A symbiosis of knowledge and respect where both parties are able to grow... Happy fish-keeping to you and the community!!!
I get it man! I worked for one of my best friends for 6 years and it broke my heart having to tell him I was going out on my own to pursue a different venture. It had to be done for me to progress in the field I wanted to go into and provide for my family. He totally understood and we're still good friends. At the end of the day you have to do whats best for you and yours!
Aww, so glad to see this! I suspected you guys were still buds, but knew Matt had to get focused time on his own channel. I will always love seeing the chemistry between you guys, so please pop in each other's videos every now and then! You compliment each other and the banter is engaging; plus it feels like we are hanging out with other fish keeping nerds (and friends) 😊 Cheers to you both! Still both of my favorite channels!
I love watching you two. Your friendship shines through in everything you do together or separately. I love that MD has only ever wanted Matt to shine, whether thats on MD's channel or fish shop Matt channel. This is true friendship. And Matts channel is fantastic! ❤
Grow the industry... Its working. Because of you two I am now back into the hobby. No joke! Your channels are what sparked my interest. I have just completed week one of my brand new tank cycling. 40 gallon tank, stand, filter, substrate, hardscape, plants, the entire setup because you two lit my fire! I wish I had a way to share a photo of my build, I'm quite proud! It turned out very nice thanks to the tips and tricks I learned from you both. Thank you! Cant wait to get fish! For me, lots of Cardinals! :D
Ive been watching MD since he was in the shed and was quick to sub to Matt once he started his channel. Gents - you not only inspired me to get into keeping fish but also being a content creator! THANK YOU for all I've learned as well as the inspiration and confidence to pursue my dreams! I absolutely love you both ❤
I remember the first time MD went to the shop to pick up fish and Matt made his first camera appearance and ever since then I've been following Matt and seeing what he's doing as I've always said to myself after that first appearance he would make a great fish channel having worked in a fish shop for years
That was way back in the day! LOL I remember watching their first few tank build collabs at the shop and thinking, "wow these fellas have such fun energy together I hope they end up making more content together"... a few short years later and they're both way past my little glimmer of foreshadowed recognition!
You guys are totally different people and that’s a GREAT thing. People in your life should want you to succeed just as much if not more than them if they truly care, now saying that you can see right off the bat the reason you both are doing it is different, his is 1st money for his family yours 1st is so more and more people will get into the hobby. There is nothing wrong with either ones reasoning. The amount of people that wanted You to start your own channel was crazy awesome ……….. me being one of them. The next thing is I have not watched one of your videos that I haven’t liked, you may think they are very similar but the way you handle your channel / videos keeps us locked in. It’s YOU Matt that we enjoy just as much as you info. You definitely offer something different, and there is a big difference between yalls channels. There is something about the way you talk and explain things that has me locked in too. You guys didn’t need to explain anything to anyone. Love you, love your channel and I’m always looking and waiting for your next video. Keep going strong ❌⭕️❌⭕️
I'm a horticulturalist that worked at a botanical garden and I have 2 all low tech planted tanks looking lush and I can confirm it's definitely possible even with our rock hard water! Keep up the good work boys!
I love watching both of you. Separately and together. A few years ago, during peak Covid madness, I was pregnant and working from home and decided for some reason, I needed a betta. So, I started with a betta and a 10 gallon, minimally planted tank. When I was up at all hours with the baby, etc, I started watching MD and boom, I was hooked and thought, I will get a bigger tank and get into plants someday. I still have the betta but he has more plants and I have a 40 gal breeder, with many plants and I love it. I will for sure have more in the future. My husband thinks I've lost it a bit, I think, but that's ok! Thank you for your inspiring videos.
Firstly, I absolutely love both your channel and MD’s channel… the way you both worked together on MD’s channel, was fantastic.. but we all knew it was temporary until you got your own thing up and running.. you both make amazing content!!! I just hope you will both have the occasional collaboration together in the future 😊
Nice that you both helped each other out. I hope to still see collaborations together though. Subbed to both of you and get something different from you both.
The horticulturalist is right, you can't grow plants like that without diffused CO2. What they're forgetting, is that if your nutrient mass and bacterial colony is balanced correctly, the byproduct of aerobic bacterial respiration is??? Soluble CO2. The byproduct of organic matter breakdown??? Volatile gasses and.... soluble CO2. If you use good substrate and care for your bacteria, there will be plenty of soluble CO2 available to support good plant growth.
I would love to see the two of you work together in a much larger gallery where you both have your own separate areas but still help each other. I believe that would take you both further in this industry especially with most people nowadays having such a short attention span. Like with me for instance the videos that md had you in I could always sit and watch the whole video which is hard for me when listing to only 1 person talk. Videos with you two felt so natural. No matter what happens I wish you well
Never worried ! You know why because you both really care about each other and it shows how much you really enjoy each other’s time together. It’s obvious your loving friends 🐠🐟🐬🐳🐋
Im a horticulturist and have never used co2.. my tanks are set up similar to MD (actually more like father fish's tanks, very natural)..my plants grow like MD's do. I love both of you; I learn a lot from you both. And i love when you 2 do videos together, because you 2 have a great chemistry. Thanks Matt and MD!
Me too! I suspect that anaerobic decomposition of organic matter in our style of deep "dirty" substrate produces tiny amounts of co2 that leaches into the water the same way it does in nature.
@@Heterogeneity Oh wow so this is it. From time to time I see bubles getting out of the substrate and I always assumed for some reason that it must be oxygen but now I realise it must be in fact CO2 from organic decomposition. Thanks for the tip!
I rather thought this was where things were, and it's why I came down hard on a person who was saying he had dirt which he was going to dump in a certain amount of time. I also felt that even if the two of you did have a falling out, it was your business, and not ours. I watch both channels for what I can learn, and indeed I have learned a lot. I have to say, it's a smart choice not having a presence on Facebook. I'm glad that the people who were posting things about a falling out were wrong, and that things are fine. It's also great to have to masters whose videos you can watch and learn from.
I love you guy’s friendship! You’re both knowledgeable and skilled but also hilarious and entertaining to watch both individually and together. I never wanted to have an aquarium but I build terrariums and vivariums so my interest started with plants and MD made growing the plants feel accessible so I gave it a try. Quickly moved on to snails and shrimp and now because of Matt, I’m going to be getting my first fish in the next few weeks. Thank you both for making the hobby feel accessible. Even to people like myself who never imagined they’d even want an aquarium 😂
I enjoy watching when both of you are working together. But i also enjoy watching both of you individually because i like both of your ideas and ways of doing aquascapes or aquariums.
@MDFishtanks a lot of people including me didnt believe that plants can grow this good and fast without co2 or good light but i stand here today in solidarity with you, i have seen wonders in my non co2 tanks, plants growing fast like they are on steroids in just a week from setup, i thought you had some tricks up your sleaves for algae etc but nooo water parameters do play a huge role.I am in S Africa with no test kit at all but just seachem safe and my non co2 tanks are doing wonders. ONE thing i noticed though and this will be different with everyone is that aquasoil is not so good for lowtech tanks, good old dirt is quite the way to go. I have never had a need to add fertz in all my dirted tanks like i had to do with the aquasoil which keeps me on my toes with liquid fertz and root tabs. My dirted tanks have left me with a lot of excess plants that i dont know what to do with from a full year with a co2 tank with proper aquasoil but failing to get healthy plants. As of now only difference for me is color. MY non co2 tanks have failed to give me the red colors but the greens are to die for.
I'm glad you two did a video together. The weird comments were mostly people projecting which is very sad and all too common. I hope you will visit with MD and that he will visit you because you two are great apart but very funny together!
You guys rekindled my love of fish keeping, I’m in the process of setting up a 120ltr community tank, and have a 260ltr lined up for a future project. Please keep doing what you’re doing. 👍🏿
That is SUCH good advice: "There is an ugly faze" The two week faze, bare with it"... I often feel like I'm failing at something if my tank starts to look the slightest bit, well, not perfect. And you guys explicitly saying this out loud helps me to accept that it's just part of fish keeping, trim, water change, and clean glass etc, but don't feel like a failure!!! I think I might be trying to get the perfect eco system that just doesn't exist. Nice seeing you guys together again after your big brawl...... Just kidding :) Great video guys.
WOW tremendous video Mat! You 2 are fabulous. I enjoy the camaraderie always going on, will continue to watch you & MD. Thank you very much for emphasizing around 7:00 how important it is to support the industry of tropical fish keeping. If you don’t support other businesses, then the hobby cannot grow. Wishing you much success for you and your family.
Both of you encouraged me to get plants in my aquarium. I dont have a CO² filter, no plant media, or root tabs, I started with a piece of bogwood with a plant on it from Pets At Home and some mossballs, and the water clarity was astounding a day later. I planted more plants into the gravel, and they've grown fantastically. I absolutely love the look of them, they're growing fantastically. I only had an issue with my fish literally uprooting half my plants every hour, but i left it for a week in care of my nan, and I came back with half of them floating and literally growing roots from everywhere they could. I am happy to be getting rid of my fake plants, which are starting to look a little worn out now.
I love this video from America! I love both of you and I love your friendship! I learn so much from both of you, different things. You each teach me in different ways, and I’m a “father fish” guy!! I watch MD for scaping and you for your knowledge of each fish breed. I have had total success with you guys, father fish, and “Phillips Fish Works “ scuds and micro macro fauna. I have dirted, sand capped, heavy planted, tannins, etc tanks (9). I never test my well/river water and I’m one year into this and have never lost a fish, shrimp, etc. You 4 guys are the best!!! I also love “Tiny Menagerie “ her voice and videos are awesome!! Just wish she wouldn’t go so long between videos ❤️❤️
😂😂 When the technology is better, please try and fix the original video with AI audio or something. I'm sure it was hilarious and lots of fun to do. Is there any part of the original footage that would fit the Benny Hill music? Always a winner..... 😂 Great to see you guys talking so openly about your plans and being so supportive of one another. Now I want a local Fishtube buddy to chat shit with as well. Altho the viewer gets to see less of you together on camera, I bet behind the scenes it's actually more enjoyable for both of you now that you can chat about both your channels analytics, strategies, sponsor convos, video plans etc! Very jealous! I echo the idea of an occasional podcast from the two of you too. Very enjoyable listening to you chat. And a good excuse to crack open a beer on the sofa!
MD literally is living the dream. I envy both of you and I wish you all the success Matt. I used to love it when MD went down to to the shop and you both scaped a huge tank 👍 I’ve subbed to your channel Matt and looking forward to future vids please keep em coming!
If you can't make videos together regularly then you must do a podcast taking about fish and taking questions from the UA-cam comments. You can do it from a pub and call it "fish & chips".
I'm a body language expert with 14 years experience and it's s clear by the how MD has positioned his Pepsi Max can on the table that he is wildly jealous of Matt and his beard.
Oh Matt, when you said “childcare” my heart just sank. Why do our societies make it so hard to have kids? You deserve your happiness and some sleep, and I’m so glad you two are still friends. It’s hard to mix business and friendship!
He does have a wonderful little boy and a really good wife. It's hard, I'm sure, but I'll also bet that he wouldn't trade them for all the fish in the world plus the kit to keep them in. He did say part of it was because of where he lives. If childcare isn't available, then that's a tough one, isn't it?
Happy to see you both worked together, but happier to see Matt take on his own thing and progress together.. i appreciate you guys as i started in this hobby watching you guys.. it really helped with my mental health.. u guys somewhat helped me cope.. wish you both great success..cheers!
I can fully understand you want to be your own boss Matt, have now watched all your videos ( and most of MD’s) and have learnt so much, i look forward to the future videos and I hope we get to see you both working together on future projects as well.
I know my comment is a little late but I just wanted to give you my feedback. So I keep reptiles and do large bio builds. Iv always wanted fish tanks but for whatever reason they always intimidated me even though I build the most intricate bio enclosures 🤷♀️. Watching you and MD has completely removed any fears I had. You guys both bring different knowledge to the table but together it's perfect. Of all the aqua scapers and fish keeping chanels I will keep scrolling until I get to Matt and/or MD. I can tell you that you have 100% brought at least 1 person into the hobby who otherwise may not have given it a try. My animal room/art studio is almost done being built and I can't wait to start filling it with tanks. Thank you for your inspiration and knowledge and as long as you guys are around I'll be binge watching all of your videos. I love seeing you guys together but it's also really cool seeing each of your personal creative differences and learning new things from each of you. Wishing you both the best and thank you for showing me how not complicated it really is.❤
Thanks for taking the time to satisfy the bunch of people who would love to expose some sort of conspiracy about some horrid breakup between you two and confirm that what happened is just life. That’s how things go. Two adults, exploring what might be a great idea, running it for a short while and realising that there were better options for both of you … just like thousands of other good friends, who help their mates out and are happy that they’ve been able to help a mate out to a better place. Matt, I hope you go on and on and I look forward to each and every new video you create. And, occasionally, a bit of content from MD as well. Rock on!
I’ve been following this channel for a long time I’ve used so many of MD’s brilliant ideas when I was starting my tanks in a middle of a pandemic. Lately, I enjoyed the partnership with Matt in the videos and it became so apparent he had an amazing fish knowledge to fly by himself. It’s amazing to see his channel growing too. Thank you guys for all the love spread through aquascaping.
I was so excited to have you and MD working together but I knew it was a temporary thing to give you security while getting your UA-cam up and profitable and Im so happy you are now both independent and successful! ❤
Howling at the fact people think one of you will be literally sleeping with the fishes soon 😂 😂 pun very much intended! I mean you're grown men I'm sure you're perfectly capable of working separately aswell as helping each other out if it's needed. You've been friends for a long time. People love drama and rumours 🙄. I love both channels you're both a wealth of knowledge. I love your friendship and banter so seeing the odd videos of you both together again will be the ones to look forward to 🐠 ❤
lol, Willy wonkers golden key. So good to see you too collaborating. You’ve been missed. MD is doing some awesome work but your departure was a bit sudden, so unsurprisingly people who watch struggled with the sudden departure. Wish you both the best but this video was needed.
Love when you two are together, your knowledge of fish compliments MD’s plant mastery. I would love to see you do builds together occasionally. My love of Aquascaping started with George Farmer then MD now you round out a very good base for 2 very happy tanks. Keep up the great work Matt!
I am one of your viewers who had no tanks. After watching you (and Matt) for a few months, I now have three tanks, a huge bowl and two large jar scapes! Lol
I've learned so much and finally have a tank with no filter with plants that have not died. I realized rhizomes plants would work out with my energy to maintain my tank, and it was all to you guys. Now I have a tank I love.
Thanks for this video! So glad you both put a stop to all the rumors! I get inspired from MD and I learn from Matt! Love you both, individually and together.
I love watching you both, you both bring smiles to my face and laughter to my heart. When I have a bad day I pull up your videos and let the world melt away. Thank you, guys, so much.
Loved this video, was so enjoyable to watch you two guys chatting. I had no doubt that there wasn't anything wrong between you. I totally understand how exhausting it can be, like trying to burn a candle at both ends, my mom used to say! I for one, am terrible when I don't get enough sleep. I'm very grumpy, and that's just at home with family. I can't imagine how hard it would be to try and maintain a good attitude for the camera. Anyway, it's obvious how close you two have become, and it's great to see. I'm happy for you to be able to concentrate more on your own channel, and I can see how pleased MD is for you, as well. I love both of your channels, and I believe they both have a very important place here on UA-cam. Thank you both for this video, it was fun to see you guys together again, even for a little while. And I'm sure you will get together again, now and then. In the meantime, I plan on enjoying both MD's and you, Matt's channels!
Cheers, Matt! A regular round-table chat between you and Mark would be a good thing. There's so much great information between the two of you. I just picked up loads about UA-cam, the analytics and algorithms. I'm trying to grow my own channel and have so much to learn. Have a fantastic week! ~Ron
It's too bad that people were making up stories, causing you to have to explain things. You know you didn't need to, but you did because that is the kind of stand up guys you are. It's always fun to see you two together!
I only had the courage to start a tank because of you and the belief you encouraged that I could do it. I’m on my second tank already (only because the first one burst) but nevertheless there are already other tanks in the future (in my mind at least). Thank you and, please, keep on the fantastic content. I look forward to each and every one.😊
you two are my favourite fish keeping channels, definitely got me into fish keeping 😊 I have a 10gal with a female betta and a little school of pygmy cory cats, a shrimp bowl planned, and a 4ft tank I bought that I'm waiting to fill til I'm somewhere a bit more permanent than a rental 😅 it's an incredibly rewarding hobby for me, and I love my fish so much! thank you both for making fish keeping so accessible ☺️
Loved this guys. You both have inspired me and I now have 3 tanks of different sizes set up over the last 12 months . with MDs advice on substrates and plants and matts advice on fish they are looking mighty fine doing awesome . Love watching both your channels but when your both together it’s very special. Xxx
My favorite videos that I revisit frequently are the ones you guys got out into the world and just bro out with each other. It is a shame the is so much animosity now. 😂
I have been in fish keeping for like 5 years now and a lot of information and videos are just recycling the same information over and over. THIS video, is probably among my favorite videos in such a long long time. Has good information, has feeding and displaying the fish, and fun conversation. So many bigger channels are afraid to post certain types of videos due to algorithm. I really cannot express how much I liked this video! Wish I could give it a love instead of just a like! Cheers mate! And thank you!
I had an aquarium with Goldfish first and because of you Guys its now a Nice guppy tank for the kids with Lots of plants that dont die! I follow both of you and you two know alot and are funny doing the hobby.. thank you 😊
Love the vid, love the behind the scenes insight in to what goes on in making the vids for us to enjoy. Love the combination of the 2 channels, they really compliment each other well.
I have watched all the videos on both channels. Whether you two work together or separate, I enjoy your videos. I do want to get a fish tank, just not yet. I certainly enjoy the videos you do together because your a team. (Even if part-time) Great job Matt! No Fluff from that MD character! ROFL!
Like I commented on with MD I really like the two of you together complement each other in the way of knowledge and ideas and above it all you two are hilarious I was and am looking forward to videos done by the both of you and I think I am not the only one in this correct me if I am wrong, so from a business point of few I think you both attract more viewers and thus YT algorithms and share it between the two channels
Thank you Matt and Marc for making this video. When things change why do people need to think it's bad? I thought Marc did a good job of explained why Matt wasn't there anymore and it was a natural evolution of things. You're both amazing content creators and I thoroughly enjoy both of your channels. Hope to see you occasionally do stuff together bc you are very entertaining when you do🤣
Collab with MD is fortuitous for you both. Don’t pay attention to negative comments on UA-cam. Can we pls use your passion for fish and knowledge to help us with new fish stress-related issues eg diseases like ich? Also your knowledge on fish rearing? It’s immense…quite hard to find good info on UA-cam. Thanks Matt!
Two video requests! 1: "My First Fresh Water Ecosystem" A step-by-step beginner tank with plant/animal/rock links and details. Can I walk outside and grab a rock off the ground to use or do you have to use specific rocks that have low iron content (idk, just an example)? 2: "My First Salt Water Ecosystem" A step-by-step beginner tank with plant/animal/rock links and details. I heard salt water tanks are REALLY hard to get started and have been shied away from it. What basic combo do you suggest for someone's very first salt water tank?
I can honestly say, the two of you helped me to decide to set up my tank again, and not only that, I am going to buy a second, larger, tank as well. :) The new tank will be a general community, while I am probably setting up my old tank as a tank for nano species. Both are going to be heavily planted.
It’s be nice to see a monthly show where you go though with each other what you’ve been up to, what’s changed, new stuff. Podcast type thing but mini tours
I, for one, am glad you (MD) don't do large fish. I am a small fish person, all the fun little guys, and I love seeing all ones I can't get (or afford due to shipping lol). I did inherit a Severum due to bullying in a friend's tank, and he's in my tropical tank (55G) with larger tropical guys, but he is very chill except he ate alllll of my plants lol. I like all the different ideas you come up with. I am also glad you did this video as I hated seeing people talk smack about Matt. We will always love Matt and appreciate the pop ins!
A fun day mate. See you soon 👍 (first)
It was good, we should do it again sometime! only one pint though!
@@FishShopMatt 😂😂😂
Now that we all know MDs real name is BAAAA....lol
I’m so happy yall still make videos together occasionally. ❤
@@charitysmith5245I remember when George Farmer first dropped his government name, MD makes a lot more sense now 😁
Please for the love of all things, take us through your garage transformation Matt. It's a great opportunity to let us in on your process. Plus, it's great for pulling in new audiences.
think he won't?
I hope he does also. I like watching the changes.
Brilliant idea
You guys really should have a podcast. The energy when you get together is always fantastic. I'm glad that there was no falling out between the two of you.
I wont to se an only fans, you know its happening in the background!
A monthly or so sit down chat/podcast type thing with you two talking about your project etc would be amazing
You two should do this as a series! Just the two of you talking about fishkeeping instead of building tanks. This was fun to watch! ❤
Seriously, a fish podcast if you will 🎉
I would watch that!
Agreed, even if it was just quarterly. This was a super fun video, and it will keep all of us who loved seeing you guys together satisfied :)
+1 on that
They would have to actually be friends again for real for that to manifest.
You know, it's good to have friends who can support you. Thanks guys!
I get it man! I worked for one of my best friends for 6 years and it broke my heart having to tell him I was going out on my own to pursue a different venture. Never worried ! You know why because you both really care about each other and it shows how much you really enjoy each other’s time together. It’s obvious your loving friends 🐠🐟🐬🐳🐋
I’m sorry people run wild with conspiracy theories. I didn’t believe any of it. I love you two together and I love you both on your own too. ❤❤❤❤
Well said, me too.
But i also enjoy watching both of you individually because i like both of your ideas and ways of doing aquascapes or aquariums.
the drama, the click bait! I love that you can't even look mad in the thumbnail 😂
Just love you guys so much. Totally supporting anything you two do. ❤
You guys rekindled my love of fish keeping, I’m in the process of setting up a 120ltr community tank, and have a 260ltr lined up for a future project. Please keep doing what you’re doing. 👍🏿
Paradoxically new to aquariums and following both of you, so this was actually a good intro to who you both are, seem like my type of people
Cheers guys! Continued success to both of you.
Glad you’re continuing as friends. everyone misses your videos and the banter! Great friends will always be
That is SUCH good advice: "There is an ugly faze" The two week faze, bare with it"...
I'm glad you have found your thing Matt plus I know for a fact you and MD will continue to work together on projects
Thanks guys...I sadly needed this video...miss you guys together but now I can sleep at night!
I can’t help but see the obvious incredible dynamic between you two. There must be a way to accommodate your lives and dreams together.
Great to see you guys talking so openly about your plans and being so supportive of one another.
Nice to see you guys together 🫶🏽🫶🏽
I'm glad you two are still on good terms. Other than that, that was my only concern. Love watching both channels. Keep up the good work
I'm a body language expert with 14 years experience and it's s clear by the how MD has positioned his Pepsi Max can on the table that he is wildly jealous of Matt and his beard.
😂😂😂😂
Oh Matt, when you said “childcare” my heart just sank. Why do our societies make it so hard to have kids? You deserve your happiness and some sleep, and I’m so glad you two are still friends. It’s hard to mix business and friendship!
How do societies make it so hard to have kids? Everything will fall back on your situation and what you can provide, not what handouts you can get.
Wishing you both the best and thank you for showing me how not complicated it really is.❤
Thanks to both of you for being a real inspiration in starting my own channel. Love what you do
Thanks for taking the time to satisfy the bunch of people who would love to expose some sort of conspiracy about some horrid breakup between you two and confirm that what happened is just life.
I love your friendship and banter so seeing the odd videos of you both together again will be the ones to look forward to 🐠 ❤
The two of you are great (together or seperate) I love the energy. Keep it up, cheers!🎉
You guys are made to do this together and separate at the same time! :D
lol, Willy wonkers golden key. So good to see you too collaborating. You’ve been missed. MD is doing some awesome work but your departure was a bit sudden, so unsurprisingly people who watch struggled with the sudden departure. Wish you both the best but this video was needed.
I’m so glad you cleared all that up for people who didn’t understand where you both were coming from.
Please do a fish file on the pea puffers!
Lol
You guys are both very kind people, and I can see the love between you two. Only people who love you will want to see you succeed too.
I've learned so much and finally have a tank with no filter with plants that have not died. I realized rhizomes plants would work out with my energy to maintain my tank, and it was all to you guys. Now I have a tank I love.
Nice to have a friend in the hobby.
This was an awesome video. Glad to see the two of you geeking out with each other again.
Thanks for this video! So glad you both put a stop to all the rumors! I get inspired from MD and I learn from Matt! Love you both, individually and together.
Love you guys, so nice to see you together for a catch up. 🐟🐠😘
Great to see you together again ❤
you two are my favourite fish keeping channels, definitely got me into fish keeping 😊 I have a 10gal with a female betta and a little school of pygmy cory cats, a shrimp bowl planned, and a 4ft tank I bought that I'm waiting to fill til I'm somewhere a bit more permanent than a rental 😅 it's an incredibly rewarding hobby for me, and I love my fish so much! thank you both for making fish keeping so accessible ☺️
I appreciate you both. And you are both very encouraging, thank you.
Loved this guys. You both have inspired me and I now have 3 tanks of different sizes set up over the last 12 months . with MDs advice on substrates and plants and matts advice on fish they are looking mighty fine doing awesome . Love watching both your channels but when your both together it’s very special. Xxx
I really love you guys together. We understand you want to focus on your own stuff but you guys as a duo was always so much fun! :)
Well guys I love what you both bring to the table. So thank you too both of you f for what you do and show us thank you. I'm a fan of both
My favorite videos that I revisit frequently are the ones you guys got out into the world and just bro out with each other. It is a shame the is so much animosity now. 😂
Awesome to see you two together again, you always make me laugh. Love from Australia again, I will now check out Matt and his channel ❤❤❤❤❤
Two of my favorite Tubers, this was great, thanks!!!
I had an aquarium with Goldfish first and because of you Guys its now a Nice guppy tank for the kids with Lots of plants that dont die! I follow both of you and you two know alot and are funny doing the hobby.. thank you 😊
Subscribed to both of you and glad to see you are BOTH prospering. Still dont have an aquarium myself but you both continue to tempt me exremeley.
Same
Love the vid, love the behind the scenes insight in to what goes on in making the vids for us to enjoy. Love the combination of the 2 channels, they really compliment each other well.
MD’s videos: cool
Matt’s videos: cool
Collaboration videos: cool
I’ll watch anything y’all put out. 😅
Agree on all counts!
Facts
Same. Do what you guys do, I am here for all of it.
I have watched all the videos on both channels. Whether you two work together or separate, I enjoy your videos. I do want to get a fish tank, just not yet. I certainly enjoy the videos you do together because your a team. (Even if part-time) Great job Matt! No Fluff from that MD character! ROFL!
Let’s get Matt to 60k subs asap….he deserves it. Brilliant content creator.😊
You guys are so much fun to watch! Together or separately, I will continue subscribing to you both 🥰
Thank you Matt and Marc for making this video.
Thanks for the video. I have learned a tremendous amount about fishkeeping and aquascaping from you both!
I can honestly say, the two of you helped me to decide to set up my tank again, and not only that, I am going to buy a second, larger, tank as well. :)
The new tank will be a general community, while I am probably setting up my old tank as a tank for nano species.
