Greeting, Sir. I would like to add an important information. In the first topic "acceleration and F=ma", the acceleration has no relation with the wrist rotation, in physics, acceleration is the change of the speed or velocity over time, and speed is v=x/t (v:velocity, x:distance, t:time), wrist rotation has no relation with the speed which means it won't affect the acceleration since the rotation has a diffrent vector or a diffrent movement direction. However, the wrist rotation can be useful to counter the air resistance or air friction, in some ways this rotation may have a role in other mechanical topics. Either way, physics is a huge field and many things can be discovered and understood in a lot of ways. A message from an engineer to a karateka :)

For me it was always problem #2 until I learned how to chamber properly. I loved your way of explaining things very good. Until today I am sometimes too tense but I fix myself quickly.

Excellent calisthenics to keep the body loose and limber to stay loose and relaxed like nothing at all important is happening in battle that is the whole point to keep calm read the enemy keep the body is loose and it's flexible so there's no muscle cramps to be ready at at all times counter evade Strike from all positions be ready at all for whatever may come at any given moment but constantly reading the enemy cause the point is to be better and to be concluded in your convictions so that way your will is stronger than the enemy which guarantees victory no hesitation no Mercy or restraint excellent keep up the good work and stay in good health 👊

Funny enough, that´s what I learned rather early. My Sensei put a lot of emphasis on that concept.

This is an important point. Too often I see folks completing the rotation after their arm reaches full extension. You can always tell when someone appears to 'flop' their punches. If you do that, your punch loses all of its power due to redirecting the direction of motion off of the target. If you practice on a heavy bag, it becomes very obvious. I have always tried to complete the wrist rotation just before reaching full extension, so as to ensure the kime is applied into the target.

Thats me. They told me i got the power but I'm too stiff , as a result I tend to get fouls for hitting in the face too hard because i got no control, and i did not mean to, I was aiming for speed not strength but I cant control it

Hey Yusuke my elbow hurts when I punch with power, how do I fix this? Is it due to me extending too much and causing strain on the elbow?

The secret is to know how to use the correct muscles and relax the muscles that make the opposing force. You shoot your fist like a projectile and don't push it. The hard part is learning to do this. It is something difficult to teach, as it is not visualized in the movement, but only felt
