I have been in one of his buildings in Madrid, and I have to say that every detail was incredibly precise.

Good point, this is one of the fancy things that I would call a high embodied energy feature and perfectly avoidable. This is just a concept design and is not thinking in the environmental and sustainable way, is just a megalomaniac fancy feature that cost a lot of money and I wouldn't mention the money for maintain it, just a "very high embodied energy building" that is paid with the last drop of fossil fuel and his owner the Arabic empire.

@kamal6991 That's right, I like Hadid a lot and also Calatrava and Gaudi because they follow nature.
In nature nothing is built with exact angles.
But I also like Lautner, Wright for example.

It isn't a big deal, but I just noticed that you said who's in the intro when it should be whose. Just thought you might want to know. Love the Vids!

    Nouvel's ideas are always amazing.
Unfortunately, in the real world, behind the flashy surface, the practical details and maintnance of his creations is a nightmare beyond common sense.

Do you want to live in this kind of architecture? Not me, no way. I feel really uncomfortable in these giants of steel and glass, some are looking like machines.
I prefer a more organic way of architecture

This guy is not helping the environment at all! he use a disproportional amount of steel in the Arabic Centre without any care about the environment and either the people that lives in this world. He is a genius but a genius for disaster!
