Yes, invest a little into Aalto. You dont have to invest TOO much into him as his value is just the Aero DMG deepen and the moonlit clouds set for Jiyan, so you don't need to FULLY build him, but unfortunately Aalto and Mortefi are really his only good teammates, so you just got incredibly unlucky. Also for your crit situation, yeah just equip 2 4 cost echos with Crit Rate temporarily, it will be a little better if your crit rate is way too low.
