Do you have any calcs on her? I tried to use her for Jinhsi, but the sheer slowness of the Concerto regen even with full ER set and R2 Discord meant she was actually lowering my DPS more than if I didn't run her at all lol. As far as I can tell, Taoqi's best use with Jinhsi is if you can warm up with her and boost her damage for a single rotation. I switched her out with Xuan Wu using healing set on him, and it was superior on all accounts in every way I could think of. Well, Taoqi does provide better shielding than Yuan Wu, but you run Yuan Wu for his coordinated attacks first and foremost. The issue with Taoqi as the healing set user is that she won't provide any other utility with low up time, especially since her biggest support useage is her outro skill. For example, with Yuan Wu even if you only take three seconds to rotate in, drop E, use Echo, and hit once to trigger the healing set, he provides IMMENSE value to the Jinhsi team. Taoqi in this role would only provide the Echo buff and Healing set buff, nothing else of value to increasing damage. If that's the case you may as well run almost any other character. Even Spectro Rover would do more, or Sanhua.

Taoqi evades me like women do

She's the only character in game I currently like because of three reasons, two are obvious and third is her chill, calm personality. But I ain't gonna built a 4* in a new game with extremely scarce resources, just for fun. I can't even build my main 4 characters (plus Changli soon) and my ToA is still at 10/0/9, I wanna improve that to at least 24/30 stars, before I can switch to "fun" stuff.

Blade is one of my absolute favorite characters so getting characters that work well with him is high priority for me. Definitely looking forward to Jade! Aside from that I love her animations and style. That's a nice very quick guide!

actually, Jianxin dont really need the weapon to trigger the healing set.

I just hate how her "parry" doesn't actually parry like Jianxin. It just makes her take less damage which with some enemys really doesn't do much.

Anyway healing set on her is bogus. 2pc is completely useless, boosting that one heal is pointless 5pc gives her a small atk buff on heal, aka only when that heal occurs, yes it is a boost that the er set doesn't get, but it is still an atk buff on a def scaling character, it doesn't boost her much On the other hand, er set 2pc, more er means more ults means more damage, this likely outperforms the 5pc atk buff of the healing set 5pc gives an atk boost to your ally when you outro skill, invaluable team support you will not get with the healing set The healing set is just bad. Even on Verina like, her heals don't need the 2pc healing boost when main stat from the bell exists and gives way more, and with Variation you can pretty much spam her outro skill to get the atk buff, that btw works when your characters are full hp, healing set 5pc is completely useless if you don't heal Maybe Bazhi can make use of it but I'd argue against it for the er set there as well.

With a S6R5 Jinhsi Taoqi is the best Support for my Jinhsi , lose roughly 200k Nuke Dmg without her

I use my Jinhsi with Yuanwu & Taoqi, and they just lay waste to all mobs, big or small. Not to mention the shields they provide also stacks on top of each other. 🔥

No, she isn't better than I think. 'cause I think she's great. I love her. She deals great damage and is tanky.

Great guide I believe she’s neglected cause she’s slow and def scaler which means buffing with attack is worthless also her S6 was recently nerfed to only include her ( which is fair since og translation said her rather than team) which damaged her flexibility.

Generosity??😂 Dude haven't you seen the rates? And by now I've never won 50/50 on any banner and had almost always go near pity. Those pulls most of the times won't even guarantee you the character, and in this game you need the weapon for most characters if you want to see the potential fulfilled. I'm done with the honeymoon phase and back to PGR: now that's a real generous game, where you have the selected guaranteed.

I think people should always take permanent out of the equation. It's one time deal, may farmed in 1.0, so it will end up not as much as you wanted.

Forgetting the 5 standard pulls from an event

well, i already have 64 pulls(counting built pity) ready, if that's correct, i can guaranteed at least one of them with their weapon. And it will be jinhsi. With battle pass and lunite subscription according to this graph i'll get a total of exactly 160 pulls that gurantees both the character and the weapon, and the extra 67 that i have will got for changli, may the luck be with me.

i think sanhua is not a good support for jinshi since jinshi's basic attacks are now considered as skill dmg so sanhuas 38% basic attack buff is now useless
