I love the part where Howard just smiles and eats his home cooked supper💜 & I love these recipes.
I hardly ever use my crock pot anymore, I need to start using it again. This looks delicious, LeAnne.
You probably know this; but, if you slice the meat up while still partially frozen, then it is much easier to cut.

Howard's little Happy Dance smiles on the Salsa Chicken said it all. That got me 1 step closer to giving cream cheese in a recipe. "This is better" =pretty high praise, Everyything looks so good. Trying to wait patiently for COVID mouth to clear so I can enjoy one of them.

When I first heard crocktober I cracked up. My daughter is thinking about getting a crockpot. I'm sharing this one with her. My mom's that I inherited pooped out but I still have the crock.

I don’t have a crockpot but I used to use one for our family when we were dairying. It sure was convenient! I enjoy your channel as I also dehydrate, freeze and can food from my garden, and beef and pork from the farm.

LeAnne Good Morning! I bet this was so yummy good. I love crock pots year round for sure! So easy and easy to clean up after. Life is busy, busy on a farm so we need help. I made the Mrs Wages salsa and it is so good. You can use it in so many ways. My granddaughter can sit and eat a whole pint with chips by herself.
Howard is just too funny! I have made that super easy chicken salsa dish and it was really good. I added a can of black beans, topped with cilantro and served over Mexican rice. Easy peasy! Love your channel and recipes, Leann!
Loving the first crockpot meal
Great recipes. I love that you use whole foods and home made foods rather than food-like products from manufacturing plants. And especially on the 1st meal, your husband's smile, says it all. What a good idea to put the sheet pan under your cutting board when cutting bloody meat. One thing I have done is remove the meat when it is still partly frozen, and put in on a bowl/plate and paper towel to absorb the blood as it thaws. I then put the paper towel in our compost pile. (lots of nitrogen in that blood.)
