My dear sweet lady!! I made 3 loaves of this bread last night. I haven't attempted bread since I was a teenager. I'm giving a loaf away to an elderly cousin. My daughter says it's fabulous. I'm going to make monte cristo sandwiches tomorrow. Thank you for teaching me.

Found you during your 2022 love to and won't can again. ❤ it btw. While you say it's going to take us weeks or months (?) of practice to get it right, I think if someone turns this video on every step of the way and does not try to 2nd guess you or shortcut you, we jump right over that time frame. I have the most beautiful dough for a Hubbard Squash bread rising.

LOVED this bread. I made it in a Pullman pan to make nice square slices. We had it with our dinner tonight and I’m going to use it tomorrow to make a sandwich. I appreciate your techniques, they were helpful to produce a perfect even loaf!

Your bread turned out so lovely. I am a long time baker but love to try new recipes. I am making a double recipe and make dinner rolls as we speak. Thank you for sharing.
p.s. if you mix all your ingredients and mix for around 10 min and then stop your mixer. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes. Let the gluten do it's thing then restart mixer for allotted time on your recipe you will notice you don't have to add more flour. When it's ready it will tell you by pulling away from bowl.
p.s.s.😅 a double recipe yielded me 12 hamburger buns. The dough weight of each was 135 grams before baking which was the perfect size
