I may never get to your size BUT I do love watching these cause it gives me better idea. Much respect to all you guys for all you give and show us. Thank you!
I have to thank you Mike. Thanks to you and C.T I've been able to almost double my deadlift and added about 50lbs on my squat in about 2-3 months. My girl also was also able to break some plateaus and increase her deadlift as well as squats.
I appreciate the honesty from Mike. It's good to see no matter who you are, we all go through the same struggles in the gym. He doesn't lift for ego, He just gets what he can get.
Just finished this work out bro. Gotta say for its simplicity, it's the best and hardest workout for back I've ever done. I can feel my back getting bigger lol. Big ups to you, Rob, CT, abd the rest of the squad. Thanks for always bein real!
I could watch this video only because of how it is made. Nice, not annoying backrground music, camera man has also done a good job. And together with content, this video is superb ;)
one word! R.E.S.P.E....CT.! After each of my training I feel I train hard then watch one of Ur vids make me feel I have to do it even harder ,this is how professionals pull others help them to climb the hill.!!!so greatful for that!
Mike, just found your channel 2 days ago and already reapin the benefits. Overtraining is genius. Im hooked. Can't wait to see more. You're a beast. Tony
I love doing pull ups with kettle bells. I find it pretty cool that we both do the same thing. Max out, and struggle to get a rep or two in, and then drop the weight and pull reps out. I love your vids and the content you all put out. Keep up the good work.
I honestly prefer these videos compared to Mike's recent posts. These sessions get me tight from just looking at 'em! 😂 The tips/talk far more on point too
Yo mike I love the bent over rows bro, been training for 16 years never implemented bent over rows in my back training until today your video got me hype to do em and let me tell you I love it felt that sick pump also used a machine as well I'm hooked on bent over rows gonna start dead lifting as well. Just wanted to share that your video got me hype to tackle those rows good looks.
Mike, you and CT got me traing like you guys...now all my workout buddies hate lifting with me lol its all good though its not for everybody....thanks for getting my mentality right, drop sets for days and lifting heavy for days I love your training methods. Not everyone is able to do it and thats what I love about...thanks Mike MetroFlex's #1 fan haha
Everytime I watch yall I get motivated n excited to push myself as far as I can I just started n Im hungry for it I will promote these clips everwhere n support yall with what I can .respect sincerely from brotha Shayan-Snoop. P.S whats the instrumental running in the baccground?
Bent over rows in the more upright position are usually referred to as "Yates Rows" after Dorian Yates. When performed correctly, the lats are in a mechanically much stronger position than the tradition bent over rows at 90 degrees that hits the upper back more. If you want to really target your lats then Yates Rows are the way to go.
Very ignorant question that was. Everyone i've seen on CTs and your videos are so motivated in the gym. I try and watch one of your guy's videos almost every time right before i work out, sometimes just listen when i workout. You guys are awesome motivation and i love your work. Love to train with you someday!
hey mike im a trainer on long island. and one day im gunna be as successful as you are and im gunna come train with you. You're the man and everything you say is boss
6 years later and I’m still doing the same thing... when it first came out, I even hit up buddy (Jibbs?) that made it on Twitter (didn’t get a response but it’s all good).
Mike your work explains it all don't even reply to the negative junk and that's just what it is. You deserve just what you got you put in hard work. I don't even read my replays soon as I see the bull simple i move on! Talk to your dam self! Good video man.
Sick video as always Mike. I'm not saying I can lift as much as you, but I'd like to give you a tip on those bent over rows and deadlifts. You've got a little bit of a round in your lumbar spine with those two lifts. It's something I've been working on fixing too. You have to drive the hips forward like you're going deep on her and also pull in the low abs to support the spine's most stable position. It may also help to gain some flexibility in the hammies. Thanks for the vids, peace
this is epic, considering i just got obsessed w/ pull-ups. since u didn't fit everything in the video, would u mind listing all of the exercises that are on/off the video? thanks!
This was the golden era of UA-cam lifting videos.
Thank you. Im glad someone else knows as well. Im happy to have started lifting hard at this time and was apart of these great videos!
Billy D Mac damn I’m glad you said this. It’s really cookie cutter now.

This video is 3 years old and I’m still watching you guys pump me up before the gym 💪🏾
5 years after 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💫⭐️⭐️
2:56-4:12 -- Nothing but CT ranting and raving LOL! love it
i've always liked the idea of pullups, as u get stronger at pullups, get bigger, as u get bigger, ur pullups become harder and u get stronger
That goes for any bodyweight exercise too!
priceless back workout, love the way you train. Time under tension, high intensity , failure and good form = growth
this is my pre workout for back day today. much respect from all the aussies down under!
Yes sir. My pre-workout for my back 🔙 workout today.
Man CT can talk that shit. Sounds sooo good.
I may never get to your size BUT I do love watching these cause it gives me better idea. Much respect to all you guys for all you give and show us. Thank you!

That crew is one if a kind. Humble real and about work. More of us should stride to be the exact way as role mentors.

I have to thank you Mike. Thanks to you and C.T I've been able to almost double my deadlift and added about 50lbs on my squat in about 2-3 months. My girl also was also able to break some plateaus and increase her deadlift as well as squats.
Mike you're the best motivation, and the beast of this world ! Keep on !
this, personally, is one of the better workouts I have seen on youtube. It is no- nonsense, just-work-hard type of workout.
Thanks for always bein real!

love how at 2:42 some guy makes eye contact with CT, then CT just starts yelling talking his shit like a boss
32kg + 24kg + 24kg = 80kg convert to pounds x 2.2= 176lbs.
That is actually ridiculous.

For some reason I really like CT, such a fun personality and in your face. Reminds me of Captain Spaulding from House of a 1000 Corpses
