    I have been deployed now for 5 months and I workout everyday, I felt like I hit a plateau in my lifting, I felt like I wasn't waking up sore anymore from working out so I came across this video... I did this workout verbatim yesterday and I woke up this morning with my forearms, biceps, lats, center and upper-back sore and tight... I thank you Mike, Big Rob and CT for the great work you guys put into these videos... I appreciate all you do and I have truly a follower of your work... I wait for the days you post new workouts and information for me... much respect #striveforgreatness

    Best content straight putting in work.
    Of course there's growth and you and evolved so much and much success
    Congratulations on all of your growth and success and all the knowledge you share.
    But for me personally I live these old school throw back videos.
    Everyone is showing there new cars and what they own now.

    You guys rock man, I just did this workout last night. I had to modify because I was hitting muscle failure a lot earlier but man it was an awesome workout.     Mike im glad you made this video, I just realized I was doing the close grip pull down the wrong way from the back overtraining program, I was using the wrong bar. thanks!!!... the workouts be maxing me out... Good shit!!

    I just wanna say thanks to mike Rashid ct fletcher and big rob I'm inspired and I tried the overtraining chest workout It was killer by the time I got to incline I couldn't feel my shoulders or arms my buddy helped me a lot haha but thank u guys I keep watching ur videos to get all the workouts u do I'm not the biggest but that's my goal it'd be great if y'all created like an overtraining app to where ppl can see the workout layout pretty much like the pyramid sets drop sets all that good stuff. it's just an idea. but thanks again hopefully one day I'll go lift at metroflex

    keep posting man, im getting back into working out but hard to find someone to train me properly since im used to unorthodoxed training. itake qhat ican from people but industry is against people who workout like this. was used to doing thousand or so pushups a day not many agree with that

    He is pushing them. To be honest if any of them ever did "overtrain" it would be medical. None of them is overtraining. They are being pushed beyond their limits. The whole overtraining thing lol no way. They would be rushed to the hospital. Good shit! Keep it going

    Mike Rashid, seriously..you are motivation for me bro, i follow You, Big Rob and CT now for almost a year and you guys now what training is, its not easy to get ripped search for the difficult way for sure, Yesterday I've done the 100 reps with random weight men im soure as fuck, had that stupid pumpand my wings are burning right now yeah bro keep it up ai,

    Great workout! Its crazy how some people aren't aware of this style of training. This is old school training, none of that scientific hippie shit. I was brought up on this style of training thanks to my dad and now im a 6'2 240lb machine.

    Salam, Honestly when I started I did over training everyday without allowing the muscle to heal- it caused me injury and a lot of painful future workouts, I learned it the hard way. Mike should emphasize on what to do after the work out, how much to sleep, and how long to rest before you work the same muscle again - cheers
