I have been deployed now for 5 months and I workout everyday, I felt like I hit a plateau in my lifting, I felt like I wasn't waking up sore anymore from working out so I came across this video... I just wanna say thanks to mike Rashid ct fletcher and big rob I'm inspired and I tried the overtraining chest workout It was killer by the time I got to incline I couldn't feel my shoulders or arms my buddy helped me a lot haha but thank u guys I keep watching ur videos to get all the workouts u do I'm not the biggest but that's my goal it'd be great if y'all created like an overtraining app to where ppl can see the workout layout pretty much like the pyramid sets drop sets all that good stuff. it's just an idea. but thanks again hopefully one day I'll go lift at metroflex

Great workout! Its crazy how some people aren't aware of this style of training. This is old school training, none of that scientific hippie shit. I was brought up on this style of training thanks to my dad and now im a 6'2 240lb machine.
Salam, Honestly when I started I did over training everyday without allowing the muscle to heal- it caused me injury and a lot of painful future workouts, I learned it the hard way. Mike should emphasize on what to do after the work out, how much to sleep, and how long to rest before you work the same muscle again - cheers
