Ct you are changing my life one day at a time. I was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer. I had a 15 hour surgery they took my chest muscle and put it my throat so I could swallow again. I had feeding tube and couldn't speak for 3 months. I was so depressed then I watch your story and told myself I'm going to live and if I die working out well then fuck it. I have been going hard for a month now it already I feel 100 percent better. Thank u so much
