Honda Foreman 450 Carburetor & Choke Cable Removal/Install

I replaced the carburetor on my 2003 Honda Foreman with one I got off Amazon for $28 dollars and it works pretty good with minor fuel/air adjustments. The heater wiring pigtail at the bottom of the Carb was plug and play which was awesome.

Most times, it’s best to remove the carb from the motor, that’ll give you more room to disconnect everything else and reverse for install.

What about any adjustments to carburetor. Idle .air and fuel mixture

Yes I ended up idling it down because it started to shift into gear really hard. It’s the set screw at the bottom I unscrew it to the point it stays running without turning off and it shuts smoothly into gear If you would like to see a video on that or a short on that I can do that.
