Brian, thank you for the discussion about the corn; as non-farmers, we need all the information we can get about the ranching and farming process. That's why we watch, and I, for one, am grateful for the information you provide. I'm happy to see you are finally getting a good overall harvest this year, it's long overdue. Thank you, and God bless you and your family.
Love your channel! I am so glad I came from South Dakota and so proud of you you are from Mount Vernon area! It is hard work but rewarding work that farmers do! I wish my Dad and Brother Bob could be alive to see this video!
The highlight of my cross country trip was stopping at Storla Station. I signed the book, pushed my pin in the map, bought gas and a T-shirt.. and talked to some wonderful people. Worth every minute! Thank you for allowing us to visit your farm store.
Praying for continued success in your harvest and care for your animals! Praying for our neighbors recovering from this devastating storm. Praying for our country to recover! Thank you men.
Brian probably feels quite awkward saying thanks to a camera but we do appreciate it Brian. Cheers to the Sonne Family and all the best wishes for the future.
For the 6th day without power here in SWVA, your videos have been very helpful for me to not going completely nuts because of the silence I had to edit this. I just wanted to add that this channel is always teaching me something new, something I’m curious about how and why you do certain things for your cows. It’s very educational. I really appreciate and enjoy this channel. It’s not just daily routines like other channels. I usually exit a video having learned something interesting. Thanks Cole, Brain, Uncle Jeff, y’all’s Wives.
Brian, i watched both the videos. If I'm not mistaken i think i watched yours twice. Sonne is an awesome pup. He's definitely enjoying running around with you. Awesome video Cole. To bad these people can't remember to hit that thumbs up button for you. That's the first thing i do before even watching your videos. Hope Tiffany and baby is doing well. I'm sure Tami is excited about another grand baby on the way. 🚜🚜🚜
I sent you guys a package with two types of dog treats for Sonny and Ellie as well as some special candy for the guys! I also ordered one of your tee shirts! Both dogs will become addicted to the Marrow Bones and the puppy can eat them too. I've been following a watching your vids for going on 5 years. I share them too. Take care and have a great day.
@@SonneFarms Happy you guys got it! Hope the dogs enjoy their treats! I love you guys because you work so very hard to make sure your animals have the very best care!

I just want to reply to Brian’s thanking people who have stoped at the store. I can only speak for myself, but is thanking you guys for the entreatment you give me in watching your UA-cam channel. Yes I got some gas bought a hat that I still wear and left you some refreshments to have after your long day toiling work of farm work. I hope that you are blessed with a great crop this year.
Brian it’s real easy to support you and Cole. You guys are the real deal. I really enjoy learning about your operation and you make it fun at the same time! 👍👍👍
OOPS I watched these two out of sequence. Oh well, I enjoyed them both. Brian, I watched both the interviews, loved them both. Learned a bit more trivia about the family and farming at your place. Glad to hear of the patronage of Storla Station. My son wears the hoodie I bought him on-line! Sorry I can't be there to put a pin in my location, but how exciting to hear that there are dedicated folks who don't balk at the 'stage coach roads' as my hubby often referred to the ND roads before they got paved!
I’ve watched both interviews, both of them were great. I’m guessing you’re getting a bigger grain cart Cole. Gotta say I’m looking forward to new equipment. Since who doesn’t love new equipment?
One day we hope to make a Storla Station road trip. There was a rural farm store in our area growing up where you could buy fuel, oil, equipment repair parts, cold sodas from a metal tub with block ice, and air up your bike tires. The owners would let local families and kids sell eggs, sweet corn, honey, and water melons from the parking lot free of charge. You could hang around for hours just shooting the bull and catching up on local high school sports. It was in central Indiana so basketball talk was king! The place is gone now, taken over by housing and commercial development. It's important that you keep Storla Station open. I'll do my part by ordering items online while planning a road trip. Great video, thx from the Hoosier state
Watching you and Sunny riding in that John Deere tractor together, reminded me of Dorothy and Toto riding that bicycle in the original version of The Wizard of Oz! Keep up the great work.
Thank you Brian for spending some of your combining time with us. You always explain things and just chat with us as if we are there in the tractor cab with you.
Nice to listen to you talking about something you’re passionate about Brian, you should do more stories from the combine. I can understand you enjoying combining it’s seeing the fruits of your labour. You spend so many nights worrying about getting the seed in, making sure it’s not too moist and the temperature of the soil is just right, then the right ratio of sun to moisture weather, fertiliser/pesticides etc then making sure it’s dry enough to get in the field to get it out. It’s such a fine line you guys work on and more people should be aware of how our food gets from farm to plate because without you we literally wouldn’t live! This girl is fed by farmers and she is proud of you all! Thank you xx
Very interesting, Brian. I was wondering why the corn was being driven over in the silage bunkers. I can see that cows would probably love some crushed fermented corn in their feed. Love your channel. Never boring. Cole is always so full of energy and knowledge as well.
Cole, point the camera at something that's busted, and it will start working. Great camera position when you were filling the truck with corn. When it was open, the Magnolia Steak House was an excellent place to get a delicious steak. Brian, thanks for explaining wet corn.
