I just got a 2016 ATS-V sedan with Apple car play. My iPhone 6 Plus works real will with the Cue system and I haven't had a problem with the text. It's pretty cool how it works. I'm real happy with it.
Thanks so much for this! Recently got my car and have been stressing over how many things there are. ^.^' I was borrowing a 24 year old Explorer while saving up for a newer car so adjusting to the cue system is a completely new experience haha.

Great video! I tried playing my favorite 8 track “BEE GEES- Life in a tin can” into that door on the bottom, but it’s not playing. Where is the setting for correcting my issue? Thank you in advance for your help!
Mine was going that not reading toward bottom but I took it back to Cadillac and they fixed it no problems at all now
Is there any updates for the cue system
I checked Cadillac but can’t seem to find anything
You can get an update for the navigation but that’s about it
if you turn off the horn under the door lock settings and use lights only will the horn still go off with the alarm? do you know how to disable the alarm permanently? keeps randomly going off

Hi! I am not able to unlock the doors without having to use the remote. What settings do I need to change to make it keyless?
Settings -> Vehicle Settings -> Remote Lock, Unlock, Start. It's one of the bottom options. You should be able to turn it on and off from there. Thanks for watching!
Not sure if I missed it here, but I’m having problems connecting my usb while using Bluetooth. When in Bluetooth, can’t plug in usb or it’ll switch over, & then not play any audio. I would like to have that option to play Audio thru usb while still connected thru Bluetooth, & also use Bluetooth while plugged in thru usb to just charge my phone. Help!

My question is regarding text also. My 2015 has predefined messages, however, I cannot access anything except the top 3 when I am in car alone. IOW, I cannot scroll. If I have a passenger or I stop the car, I can scroll through the predefined messages. If this a problem with my car or is this the way it is set up. I can scroll through the XM stations and every other list.
We're pretty sure it is just how it's set up. A lot of cars will lock you out of the texting feature while you're driving I guess as a safety precaution so that might be the case here.
It's just strange to me that I can scroll through XM stations, but can't scroll through predefined text messages. Thanks for your reply.

+Krishon Harris My iphone6 DOES work sending and receiving texts via the SRX I have. It was tricky setting it up, but successful with the help of the salesman that I bought the vehicle from. However, due to some iPhone updates, the reading of the messages and the CUE system identifying or displaying the messages feature, has quit working. The ability to dictate and send messages through the car continue to work quite well.
Android user. It's a nightmare for me as well.

How to turn on the air conditioner
Depending on which Cadillac you have, you will find physical buttons under the screen or you can control it through the screen by taping 'climate' from the menu. Hope this helps!

I would suggest contacting your dealer because they may need to reset it.

What this needs is a *CENTRAL CONTROLLER* like in Audi, BMW, Mazda ..etc.. This CUE is crazy distracting..
also the screen is TOO LOW. You have to look down all the time and battle with an unresponsive touchscreen..
Would expect much better from Cadillac.
Love my Cadillac XTS, but this Que crap is trash. Prolly will not be reinvesting. They cost too dam much money for this nonsense 🤬
@@charz48 I made sure to extend the factory bumper to bumper warranty for another 3 years. Saved me a ton of money already. Including a new cue system
Very dangerous interface, and extremely annoying trying to select Music. My 08 STS, without Nav was a much more logical and safer as it used a few button not this Effin Screen Bullshit
