My CUE screen cracked while the car was simply parked in the driveway. If your screen cracks you can't turn on or shut off the air conditioning. Over $1,000 to repair the screen at the local Chevy dealership. My screen is laggy, constantly disconnects Bluetooth during a call, but not when streaming music. Can't erase or wipe cell phones that have previously connected to the car. Leaves a lot to be desired.
Instead of putting a vibrating mechanism on the seat, why didn't they just add a automatic braking control (just like in the acura suv I believe it was shown)
The seats are awfully uncomfortable, even in a new caddy! Seating IS A big deal & seats should be made so they do not punch spine nerves and guarantee a painful back.
I love cadillac but CUE sucks bug time! It takes forever to reindex and you can't make phone calls for 10 minutes after start-up because it re-loads your contacts!

Just make a deal with apple and have them put their ipads in these cars. NONE of the car manufacturers have anything remotely as fast as any of the current tablets. They are not ver user friendly and are a bitch to use with their lag.
What a cheap ass looking system! I hear they're going to put this nasty shit in the new escalades next year! Didn't ford already prove that touch buttons are a shitty idea? I'll buy a Lexus lx570 before I would ever buy a escalade with a CUE in it.

the seat alerts you to things like lane departure as well, so auto-braking doesn't make much sense as a replacement

I tried to reset mine seems like doesn’t work at all, ( radio station do not have any info and my clock display won’t appear)
?? Some features in my cue system doesn’t work anymore....such as media play
