Unpopular Opinion: I'm starting to warm up to Bosco's new voice. The first episode I admit was very dry and sounded like the actor didn't put in much effort, but for this episode where Bosco had to fake an English accent gave the actor a chance to get out of his shell a bit.
I suspect that the bad accents will be even more hilariously bad for this reason. The French one should be funny! (This is not a knock; Bosco notoriously has bad accents to go with bad disguises.)
Sam: "Is anyone else an alien that we might not know about?" Sybil: "Dr. Phil." Sam: "W e l l , y e a h , t h a t k i n d a g o e s w i t h o u t s a y i n g ."
I loved how Myra's VA clearly thought the "Blah blah blah yakity yakity yak blah blah blah" bit was funny, you could hear her laugh in the first few moments when she starts doing it
I would love to see Max from Sam and Max play the role of the Silly Rabbit... Kid: "Silly rabbit, Trix are for-" Max: "KIDS GET FREE BULLET-RIDDLING ADMISSION ON FRIDAYS!" Sam (From a Cookie Crisp commercial): "You crack me up, little buddy!"
I just noticed that with interactions that aren't different from the first episode, they used Andrew Chaikin's recorded dialogue instead of William Kasten's re-recordings. Wonder why they did that? UPDATE: Turns out it was a mistake on the developers end. They have since patched the game to have all of William's Kasten's re-recordings implemented where needed.
I think because all the episodes are together in one game, rather than each exe, the voice cues are shared between episodes. This maybe a glitch and I think Stunkape are working on a fix.
Lol! This Episode was truly a Comedy Situation! Love the "Midtown Cowboy" section of the game because of all choices you should, especially on some of those choices that just had rhyme in it! Also like the Rat Chase (I think one of them is Jimmy Two-Teeth from the first episode of this game) section when they had to get the Shaving Cream they stole from Bosco's store, as well as the dialogue exchange Max between each other, & the rats which ended with them being drop down to the sewers after making him crash into the street block cone. And honestly even like Bosco's voice when he tried to sound like he's from England just to disguise himself from the government. Now the Final Section of the game, which is basically a Boss Area for the final part of the episode, with Myra & that Hypnosis Toy Bear that is controlling & hypnotizing her, was funny as hell! Especially with Philo & The Soda Poppers. The humorous comedy of it all on that! This episode was a challenging one, but in the end, Sam & Max manage to save everyone & freed the audience that were stuck there against their will. Once again another hint of what to expect in the next episode in this game of Sam & Max Save the World Remastered! Can't wait to see the next episode from you when the time comes. So glad that I'm getting into Sam & Max now. If only I gotten into it while growing up or coming across it at a point. Imma continue seeing more of your Sam & Max Remastered Playthroughs/Gameplays/Walkthroughs, Napalm. This is getting good enough, for me as a newbie to Sam & Max, so far as it is.
Sam: well good thing we noticed Bosco wasn’t acting crazy anymore or we’d never have noticed T.H.E.M replacing people with clones. Max: he did kinda seem like plastic, also for a guy who likes disguises the fake hair, voice, rubber mask, and oddly sane tone was disturbing. Sam: we’d never have gotten the real Bosco back if it wasn’t for the help of our new friend, Maude ers
They should of gotten every person to redo the voice lines, because the first chapter still has the different voice actor, but overall it's still a good remaster
@@isapu1948 Not at all. Sam mentions that a case was "particularly gruesome" referring to a cardboard box with two dates on it. The original game in 2006 had 03-03-04 referencing the planned 2004 Sam and Max game that was cancelled. Cooking without looking gave me a lot of ideas on what to make for my dad that left me as a baby and never came to my birthday but I’ll be kind enough to use the ingredients from the show to make his cakes. Somebody is gonna be using the restroom for their entire life FUN 🤩!!!
You can also bring in something from the *Cooking Without Looking* set and the food stamps for other unique interactions with Featherly. Plus, if you don't pick up the plate or don't use it for anything, you get more scenes with Featherly after he goes looking for it.
So Skunkape Games altered a few elements in the remaster that they were no longer comfortable with, and surprising nobody, it's made people (mainly those in the Steam discussions) insufferably inconsiderate with unjustified cries of "censorship." Good. F*cking. Grief.
So Peepers being a contestant is a conflict of interest but not Whizzer always voting for his brother? Ah, the logic of Sam and Max is blinder than justice itself!
Cause PC culture has taken over. The guy who played him (Joey Camen) was white and the guy who replaced him (Ogie Banks) is black and the whole thing is stupid.

I think when accents are involved, he sounds fine, but his regular voice is just ehh
Assuming season 2 is also remastered i hope as time goes on he gets better and more comfortable voicing Bosco.
I’d agree, I don’t think he’s bad when I comes to the accents, he does a much better job with those.
I suspect that the bad accents will be even more hilariously bad for this reason.
