Moving away from Easter Island with its erupting volcano and straight into zombie infested Stuttgart, Germany as this time, we're going against a flamboyant goth vampire and his brain craving army of the living dead...just my kind of story. Let's get funky...and HUNGRY!
What a Halloween Themed Episodic Level of Sam & Max: Beyond Time & Space Remastered. I say Halloween Themed because of the fact that there's zombies literally everywhere in this episode. Not only that, with the goth theme with it. Mainly because of Jurgen The Vampire & The Prince of Darkness being literally a vampire to also fit the them too. Also like some of key moments that I found funny. Probably lots of it from this too. The Rap/Rhyme Battle with Sam & Max against Jurgen (57:26), the Midtown Cowboys Scene (1:18:02 & 1:19:57), the 3rd Phase where after they became zombies & would later make a Resident Evil reference briefly (1:36:43), the humor between Sam & Max and their own souls (1:37:06 & 1:38:39), Sam & Max tried to get Jesse James' animated hand alongside the POV part of it (2:00:26), that moment where Harry got himself removed just cause Sam tried to get his Chocolate Heart & Sybil mistook that as his responds to her question (2:02:45), the duo sneaking up on Flint just to get Lincoln's brain (2:05:49), Sam & Max having their body's/soul's swapped at the start of the Boss Phase of this Episodic Level (2:11:54) as well as Max chasing his own soul after defeating Jurgen (2:18:33), & finally the post ending of which involves Max, still a zombie, at the Speech Rally (2:23:08). All to be consider majority of some of the funny moments in this Episode! Speaking about it, I also & once more saw a familiar seen of which I saw from someone on Twitter shared & posted on there. Which was this part of the video (2:14:30 & 2:14:58) in which Sam in Max's Body ask Max in Sam's Body on how they can kill a vampire (obviously Jurgen) & ended naming Max by his name only to realize it a slip second. Haha! I like/love it honestly. It's funny on the confusion on calling themselves incorrectly by their own name only to correct themselves when their bodies are switched. Least for Sam & Max. Looks like I'll be catching up on your current Sam & Max: Beyond Time & Space Remastered Playthrough/Gameplay/Walkthrough & will be ready for your final part of this game. Even if you're already finished with this game by then. Close to your current playthrough, & your close to the end of this game.
It looks like they replaced it with 'The Walking Dead' Game Over menu, which is funny because Telltale Games worked on that series. Still, I do miss the Resident Evil reference.
I actually love that they changed it to a Walking Dead reference, it threw me off guard. It gives a feeling of modernization and it's still completely fitting, actually it's even more fitting since Telltale made The Walking Dead and they're both point and click games. Even making you have to click to continue instead of automatically transitioning like the original is just icing on the cake. Of course the original reference is still great and I'm sure Skunkape will be making the original episodes DLC just like with Save the World.
Did you know that you can find Clementine from The Walking Dead in this game?, throwing CD's at the front door of her house can let her say things to Sam and Max!
How come in the originals during the dialogue the characters usually stick with their emotions but in the remasters they switch to their usual emotions in between dialogue options?
I have to ask, since this was on my mind, since beating this game and maybe I just need to search through this whole video, but in the credits, Clementine's name is shown. So I have to wonder, if there's an easter egg I missed in this episode. Like, if Clementine makes a brief cameo somehow.
there is in the disc delivering mini game (at 17:54) but napalm didnt find it. you can deliver a disc to her house and she says "thank you sam & max" and "i love you guys"
Hey, think you could do a video showing all of the Monster's quotes for each of the potential body part components? There are a lot of really funny ones you didn't get to show.
I love how one of Jurgen’s piercings is now his keys!!!
I was genuinely expecting them after getting their souls back to say “We did it! And we didn’t have to learn a single valuable life lesson!”
1:39:48 They changed Jurgen's painting into the model from Season 3. So stoked!
1:26:45 Sam (Sam & Max): Gee, I got so wrapped up in the story, I forgot to *think of a plan!*
Max (Sam & Max): We could make--
1:09:56 Nice new reference in the background.
Context: "Meet the Aquabears" is a reference to "Sam and Max: This Time It's Virtual!"
Awesome

*Thunder and lightning. Very very frightening* ⛈️
42:51 i get the joke. Welp as samn said later in the video, "watch your back!"
1:53:56 I agree with Max, that comment about burrowing was disturbing and disgusting.
Ohh Napalm, you're spoiling us! Thank you! ❤
Its like that funny movie called young Frankenstein where if someone says blooka the horses get scared.
At 1:26:55 they replaced the Resident Evil 4 reference. That makes me a little sad.
It looks like they replaced it with 'The Walking Dead' Game Over menu, which is funny because Telltale Games worked on that series. Still, I do miss the Resident Evil reference.
But they did keep the one in 1:36:44 about the Resident Evil saving a healing mechanics.
@@johnark True dat, I guess I'm just nostalgic for the Resident Evil 4 game over screen. Getting my head chainsaw'd off by Dr. Salvador... good times.

“Oh, she’ll grow to love me…”
Was that lighting in the original?
Nope, it’s part of the remake.
Benefits of a remastered version! Better atmosphere, and the originals were good too
1:27:03
They were toombmates
Thanks dude. I was stuck, I wanna complete the game as quick as I can because of the Season 3 release!!
Hey! I noticed a reference to *Sam & Max: This Time It's Virtual* when you arrived at the TV Studio!
That's so cool of them to include that!
i may be a year late, but i checked the studio and i saw the reference, thats something i thought i'd never see
Did you know that you can find Clementine from The Walking Dead in this game?, throwing CD's at the front door of her house can let her say things to Sam and Max!
0:46 DAMN YOU, JURGEN!!!!
Max (Sam & Max): Yep, you owe me five bucks, Sam.
Sam (Sam & Max): I never thought he'd go for the cheesy evil laugh.
How come in the originals during the dialogue the characters usually stick with their emotions but in the remasters they switch to their usual emotions in between dialogue options?
Can we take a second to appreciate how racist Harry Moleman was to zombies in this episode?

The way the game just escalated is hilarious 😂

That is the plan!
1:53:15 Is such a random line, I love it 😍
2:03:12 that staredown gets me everytime
Sam: I wonder why the zombies haven't been attacking us.
Max: I wonder why you keep setting yourself up for jokes about having no brains. 10:04
Sorry. Didn't know this one is on. You should get yourself the odious quest 2 VR headset for the sam and max this time it's virtual.
Can't afford a headset at this time. Money is going towards tuition and food.
You missed more stuff
When’s the 4th episode coming out next month or this week
I'm on break for the next two weeks, so hopefully in the next few days.
Superball.
