I have a tip...invest in Walmart, Inc. stocks and also work in that company...if you combine this...work/labour and investments...it's a good method to pay for your bills and grow your savings/pension for the future. One cannot be without another.

My store the overnight coaches just do not train you! I am stocking fine but a full case which needs to go to backstock I am unsure how to print the tags for them. They have not assigned a printer to me yet. Help please
They normally just ask you at the interview what hours can you work and what days you can work, your availability. And do you agree to work at Walmart and sign here if you do. He didn’t even ask me anything else. And the Manager was actually eating when I was being interviewed by him lol. Dress decent don’t come in smelling lol

The real scope for this job: 1.Rotate stock.. meaning new product goes to the back and old to the front. (Opposite of what she is doing) 2. Date check all existing stock on the shelf. (She didn't check one date on perishable stock) 3. While stocking, front face all products. Including the ones you're not stocking. 4. Follow stacking and stocking guidelines per section. Some say "2 high, or 3 high" all of this info is right on the tag. 5. Do number sku checks to insure you're stocking proper oz and weight and flavors to their matching tag . 6. Break your boxes down as you go. 7. Put your phone down and do your job. 8. When she said "that ketchup ain't got nothing to do with me"... Actually it does, your section is your section, when you are done stocking a section it should be front faced, all expired out, stock rotated, and every product where it belongs. Worst part is she knew she was stocking ketchup, saw it on the shelf and did absolutely nothing about it... She has no pride in her work. She is doing the bare minimum and in no way should anyone use this video to train themselves...

Plus when you go on break your other employees won’t steal it because they are on break at the same time you are on break. Plus when they see stuff still on your cart they will not want to stock it because it’s some one else’s stock.😊
So I work there, so what we do it we go to the back get a cart pick a order to fill and then print the stickers out then you go to the floor and use your app to scan the items and put it in the bin assingned to it (what the stickers are for) then once your done with that you go back to the back and put the items that need frozen or chilled in the freezer and then the items that arent you out up on a shelf, and then someone comes and get all of those items and brings it to the front (for distribution) and then they scan the bins and put the same number baskets together then once the customer arrives you take it out and ask for there name and ask where they want it then you put it in and tell them to have a good day. It's not hard at all I think distribution is Easyer because all you do is put stuff in people's cars lol if you would like more detail on distribution just ask because that's what I work.

Idk what her Cap2 does but mine literally does Everything 😭. Unload Freight. VIZ/Picks., Zoning. Sometimes Stocking. Hell we even did carts yesterday. Freight takes ab 2 hrs and theres a few ppl doing it. Passes time super fast. Sometimes theres 2 frieghts so thats ab 4 of 8hrs already gone. Viz Picks can take 1+ hrs. And all your doing is scanning boxes, marking boxes, moving marked stuff and taking it out later. (Worst part is meat room u fucking freeze in there its like -5) Zoning we just make the shelves look presentable so put stuff where its supposed to be and just make it look nice.( easy but hella boring) Stocking is stocking. Oh we also have to bring all he pallets to the floor from the freight for the next shift to stock.

They'll rehire you, but you need to speak up if you're not getting training, whether it be your people lead, or department managers in your department. Also, ask people in your department as well, they might not like having to help, but it saves you from asking more questions later down the line. They'll rehire you after 6 months I'm pretty sure

I work in maintenance and am nothing more then everyone's flunky. I want to go to cap 2 but it is not happening. Maintenance is the most overworked, underpaid and underappreciated dept. in the whole store. I will be cleaning up a spill and do you think the customers will give me a minute and a little space to finish? Hell no! And to top all of that off, I have to make receiving's bail, clean their area, do customer takeout, help customers find things and spend an hour trying to get in the ladies room because in the management's infinite wisdom decides to put our female maintenance at the front door. Management will tell you whatever you want to hear to keep you from leaving. You add it all up and just driving into the parking lot will drain your soul. These greedy cocksuckers sure expect an awful lot for 11 an hour. By the way the 2 dollar an hour pay increase for ogp and cap 2, while maintenance, cashiers and sales floor associates are still stuck at 11 an hour. However, overnight maintenance did get a bump not to mention the 1.50 shift differential which comes out to 14.50 an hour. So add income inequality to the mix. A greedy evil corporation! FUCK WALMART!
