So far, I love the revenant class. I'm excited to see how it pans out. I actually made one character for each race and the 5 most difficult classes (as identified by the game) to play.

10:00 I enjoy GW2 gameplay and I dont grind hard in this game, but I still get to buy cosmetics for any excess gold I have. That among other things are what got me sold. PS. Already 2000+ hrs in.

Good stuff! I was sold on the game when I found out how much detail they put into the storyline. The voice acting is great, and the game is really fun to play. I'd be interested to see a GW3.

yea gw2 is a very fun game. it's the kinda game you can run through at any pace and take a break when you get burnt out and come back at some later point and get back in again without having to worry about gear.

Thank you for the video,& welcome to GW 2! Here is a small tip for you, skip/save HoT ( Heart of Thorns ) for later.

movement is a big deal for me when it comes to games.. Running in Throne and Liberty felt good, BUT... flying/running as a bird or a wolf/dog felt aweful.
Guild Wars 2's mounts just feels good. They have weight and momentum that makes flying and running on mounts feel so good and immersive and they have subtle animations that makes them feel alive and not just a speedboost.

Yes, I totally agree! It is cool that you can transmorph. However, it does feel a bit clunky.

Why does this matter other people?? Did you have the feeling that you had to explain?

Good question! I posted in this format with this title because I felt that some other people might be on the fence about GW2 or may be feeling burnt out with T&L.

Wth is this. I was just talking on discord with my buddy about maybe giving throne and liberty another chance after i tried it once and didnt like it. After the call i decided from my own will to download gw2 and play that instead. And now i have this in my ytb feed. With feed hundred views. Wtf

Just wanna saw your opening minutes complaining about gearing and being behind kind of makes no sense just because of how you mentioned Korea and then it coming over to us. It sounds like you'd be playing against Korean players with max gear when in reality, they are different servers and u start from a fresh slate lol. Gearing isn't really hard to get either, it's just a grind but one that you can leech along with other players quite easily to be honest. Perhaps it would feel different coming into the game now and not at launch a couple months ago but personally, I feel like that is the least of that games problems.
They need to fix movement desync and other oddities that just pull the game down. I'm curious to see where the game is at after a year or so of taking in western feedback on the game. For me though, Gw2 will next scratch that itch since it doesn't do constant vertical progression and I find the skill system too limiting personally, I've never been a fan of it but at least the game is smooth for the most part. Though some bugs still persist in the game like 1h sword charge can bug and still not do the damage it should more than 10 years later.... it is what it is though I guess. I'll try out GW3 if it comes around lol.

I mean gw2 is good and Tnl Has some serious issues.. Specifically content and alliance zergs but in terms of gearing.. Never had an issue.. we have t2 currently and it's already become a dps who cares about mechanics fest.

Were you working together as a guild or with a group of friends? I found it easier when I was with people I knew and more difficult when I was trying to farm anything solo.

it looks and sounds so dated and combat is casual though =/

It is a bit older. However, the story and gameplay are really nice. It's actually really fluid. I recommend giving it a try.

      combat is everything BUT casual
in fact, it's a huge problem that the large casual playerbase can't fight for shit
casual players do like only 10% of the damage more sweaty players can dish out - and not because of gear difference but because of builds, stat distribution, skill selection, skill priority and positioning
