  • A DISC BULGE IS NOT A DEATH SENTENCE!
    The disc recovery position is a great PASSIVE tool that can be used to help a posterior disc bulge or herniation begin to heal (and help relieve discogenic sciatica)
    Find the right level for you and relax into position for 3-5 minutes.
    BUT it won't work for everybody...
    Those with facet joint issues and certain muscular imbalances (very tight dominant hip flexors) may find this position aggravating.
    So as always....
    We MUST use the right tool, for the right person at the right time.

    Hi Brian , I fell over and have a tear through subscapluaris tendon at musculotendinous . Having headaches, tight neck/shoulder. Which exercise/Video do you recommend. Thanks
