I think it looked slower than it was as the returner was so far behind the baseline. Also look at the kick on it, actually not an easy serve to return at all.
Kicker needs to learn to not hit topspin on every ball if he sliced some of the hard shots back he wouldve had a better chance to get an opening like wat federer does
What kicker needs to learn to do is what Frances does and why he beat him - hit the ball earlier; when it's at its zenith or even on the up. he waits for the ball to descend too often, whereas Tiafoe hits it earlier and takes time away from him.
