  • It’s time to learn the PRESENT PERFECT. What does it mean to say “I have worked” or “I have understood”? Many students are confused by the PRESENT PERFECT TENSE, because it combines the past and the present. Yet this advanced verb tense can lead to success in a job interview or on your IELTS! In this complete English class, I’ll show you how to use this tense, when to use it, and what mistakes to avoid. You will move forward step-by-step, to master this tense by learning structure, usage, pronunciation, spelling, contractions, questions, short answers, past participles, regular verbs, and irregular verbs. Then, continue your progress through my complete English Tenses series by watching the next lesson, which compares the present perfect and past simple tenses: • Learn English Tenses: ...

I am a Ukrainian speaker, and I have studied a lot with tutors who know my language. But none of them could explain the usage of different tenses in English as clearly and comprehensively as you, Rebecca! I was always afraid to listen to English language lessons in English itself, as I was convinced that it's impossible to teach a person to use an unfamiliar tool using the same tool... I'm glad I was wrong!

Hola Rebeca, gracias por enseñar. He aprendido mucho en tus clases de inglés; y realmente, recién ahora, entiendo cómo se usan los tiempos verbales en inglés por que te aseguro que nunca he podido entenderlos hasta ahora, Gracias.

Thank Rebecca this video really helps me a lot to understand the present perfect tense, I struggled to understand this grammar and didn't know how to use this tense when I tried to write an essay with high level grammar but now I have understood it very clearly because of your help.

I had wished to have a brilliant teacher like you when i was in school. I have a short-term memory and it helps me since it's well-explained and added up a calming tone of the voice. Hoping to see more of your future english lesson. You will help a lot of students or people in general who wants to learn.
