Jabrony I’m a Knicks fan but Lin wouldn’t have blossomed into a star. Look at his tenure at houston. He’s a solid role player but no star. Same with Kobe. It’s unfair for people to blame Melo. Role players have to adapt to Stars. Not the other way around.
@@DanielRGonza as soon as melo came back they lost. The knicks were playing like the rockets before Melo came back
Melo definitely was a superstar in 2012🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ he lead the league in ppg in 2013 tf
Depends on what your criteria for a superstar is.
Johnny TV Isaiah Thomas on the Celtics led the league in scoring or was second in scoring and he ain’t no super star
@@camvegas777 was i.t top 5 in scoring 6 out of 10 years
Playah Dub lebron has more career points than Melo, is he a better “scorer” than Melo? No, but he’s a better player............so what’s your point? Scoring points don’t make you a superstar. Melo was a star, not a superstar. And I’m a Melo fan
@@Geeandrezzi what lebron gotta do with i.t??
And lebron is jus as good if not better scorer then melo
Melo a better shooter
Melo handled this segment so well.
he was a stud
It’s crazy this is already 8 years ago 2012 feels like yesterday
This man really been carrying ESPN for well over a decade
Can't even look him in the eyes lol
I rooted for Jeremy Lin and happy is still playing but he’s not a Chris Paul or Steve Nash but he is a a great player and came from nothing and worked to get in the nba and I respect that
Post more old clips
