Shannon is good. But Skip and Stephen A was genius. Whoever put those dudes together. Stephen A's charisma, his character's energy and delivery, and his sometimes unorthodox takes mixed with Skip's passionate and fiery delivery was genius.

Skip was a lot more light-hearted when he was with Stephen A. These seem like friendly conversations, look at the genuine laughter at 8:45 . He sees Shannon as an opponent and often comes at him aggressively at the start of the show. First Take was a conversation. Undisputed is a competition.
I would disagree with that. If you watched Skip on first take in 2015 which was his last year on the show his energy began to decrease even with Stephen A Smith. It's probably just age catching up to him.
