Hi Sir, I have recently joined your channel. It’s really good but a suggestion to improve its effectiveness would be if you could record the real patients as they are presenting to you with any complaints whether Out patients or emergency. Record From beginning the way you are taking HX, examining and ordering investigation and treating them.I think it will worth more than how you are doing right now. Case discussions are good. But, if you want to teach clinical stuff to medics professionals that will be more helpful.

@Raahil . yes it is..glucometer doesn't always show the exact blood sugar but it was definitely hypoglycaemia as the patient had symptoms of it
