I am a medical Doctor retired=non-practicing. I have 17% eosinophils in CBP, and often since my childhood I have allergic asthma, I am severely allergic to fumes, perfumes, dust, mites, beef, cold, pollens, and many other things including chlorine, I go for swimming and chlorine causes asthma, I am taking Montelukast 10 mg every evening+ nebulisers in saline (Clenil =.8mg/2ml beclomethosone dipropionate ) and Atem (ipratropium bromide ).We have family history from my father my paternal grand mother also had asthma, now my brother, sisters and nieces also have severe allergy.
Thanks doc!!!....... again u r amazing...... helping us for excellent clinical judgement...... that's the thing nobody taught us clinical like this manner......😘😘😘
I watched the videos in medical school still watch em now very concise and informative information...got me through internal medicine clerkship when I was a student
Sir, I am 73ys.I am having asthma since I was about 20. Earlier I had allergic cold.I have hereditary factor for this. At present I have persistent but mild breathing difficultly.I am using foracort 200 twice daily.Nothing else on daily basis. My question is Sir can this be taken daily for long term?I am very much impressed with your videos and hence hope to get your kind reply at the earliest. With regards .
very informative w his notes. I have Intermittent Asthma. I use the inhaler very seldom no breathing issue. How do I cure post nasal drip that seems to make me cough. I use Flonase too & Lozenges when my itchy cough hits.
I was diagnosed with asthma/COPD because I produce so much phlegm, I run every day between 5 and 13 miles to clear it, after that I can breathe normally, I have now been given a COPD inhaler.
Dr sb your videos are very useful simple and easy to understand the given topic. Have recently introduced to your excellent work. Wish you all the best.
