    How do u know when do increase or decrease the workout? and can I do this workout every day?

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  2 роки тому

      How do you know?
      ... you will know. :)
      If it's easy - increase your work:rest rate. Go from 30 seconds to 35 seconds.
      If it's hard - take a quick breather and continue. Or, drop work:rest rate to 20-25 seconds.
      Yes, you could potentially do this everyday. Make sure your diet meets your demands and get a good nights rest.
      Does this help?

    I love your videos,keep up the good work guy's. Any good eating plans to assist in the weight loss process?

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  5 років тому

      Thanks for support Ryno! We do have some great nutrition plans included in the free bonus programs with purchase of our products. Can shoot us an email info@bluestarnutraceuticals for some help, but generally speaking need to eat the right amount of calories for your goal, surplus for building muscle, deficit for burning fat. Then aim for about 1g protein per Lb of bodyweight, 20-25% fats coming mostly from healthy sources like omega-3s and the rest, minimally processed, fibrous carbohydrates.

    What can I do as a replacement for interval sprints up the long flight of stairs, if I don't have a accessible stadium nearby😜

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  5 років тому

      You can simply perform high knee sprints in place

    What do you think about, where you start with slow walk then you run as fast as you can for 1 minute and then slow back down to walk then repeats the process again where is your bring the heart rate the high rate then back to a low rate and repeat

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  5 років тому

      The only issue with that Jerod is you can't run at a full 100% for a minute straight. You'd be better to split it up into shorter, more intense intervals. But right idea!
