@@whimsabo If a low kick is part of kickboxing, then definitely. I think a hard low kick is one of the best weapons in a street fight. Because your opponent will fall, be shocked by the pain and have problems getting back on his feet, if he manages it at all. And the risk of causing serious injury is much lower than hitting someone in the face. And if he manages to get up again, you are in his head and he is extremely slow. And most likely he will not want to fight anymore, because he knows what will follow. And for quite a while he will think of you every time he takes a step😜.

He makes him run up hill or basically run until there is nothing left to give, keep that up and you'll either improve or do yourself damage. Look into a personal trainer or physician who can help you achieve your goals in a healthy way for you.

@@Tony_Jeffries yeah that’s very true. I did Muay Thai since I was 16 and it’s happened twice during sparring in boxing where I’ve put my guard up (while getting pummelled) and thrown an uppercut elbow. Totally unintentional, but sometimes your body just reacts.

can you please do a 30min heavybag workout? that would also give a lot of clicks because we all watch the same video over and over again. our gym is closed since covid and i only train at home but you only have videos of good combos no complete workouts to join. and many on youtube only have training for beginners and are still beginners themselves. you have experience but you can learn a lot
