I just decided to use my keyboard and it just worked. I connected it to the wifi and paired it with the app and bam. new remote

I don't have remote to connect after factory reset, is there any other way to setup tv stick without remote

If you already lost/break the remote before factory reset and/or before you connect your firestick to the 'firetv app', you need to buy a new firestick remote. Or hook up a mini keyboard with usb dongle also know as 2.4ghz.
If these are not available onhand, you may also use a wired keyboard and mouse to navigate and login.
You have to have a 2in1 usb hub to to connect these peripherals onto a firestick or cube.

If it's a bluetootj remote, then it wont since you have tonapir the remote first. You wont be avle to do it since you are not sign in.

Download their app. And scan the qr code on your screen. Follow the viddo

@@radneyvous After factory rest it’s only showing the remote connection screen to connect to remote. Not showing the QR on screen.
