It's impressive how a kinda low quality shooter gave the most memorable gaming experience of 2019. Every time I listen this track I remember everything with goosebumps included. That final assault, HK Tank giving us cover and John Connor on the radio saying how us, the player, were pretty much crucial in the defeat of Skynet.
It's a low budget game from the same studio that brought us 2014's universally-panned Rambo game. The fact that it even ended up being a "kinda low quality shooter" is somewhat of a miracle in itself. You can really tell that the studio had passion for the project, and you can tell that they learned a lot from their past mistakes. They also unintentionally made a better Fallout game than Bethesda's last Fallout.
The guys are a Polish game developers making a licensed game with a staff of less then 200 people. They stretched every dollar to the limit and came out with a quality mid tier game.
i loved this game. especially when you were finally able to use the terminator's own weapons against them. loved it,loved everything about it and the final battle god i was just in all my fucking glory over it.
The DLC where you play in team with Kyle Reese even let's you re-live through the events that we saw as his dream sequence in the first movie, the one where they are assaulting that HK tank. Really impressive work how they managed to incorporate it all together.
Terminator: Resistance is like a Love Letter to all Terminator Fans. It's like they say: "We know you love terminator 1 and 2, so this is for you. Enjoy it" And the final battle music is so epic.... OmG
"TDE is Online I repeat TDE is Online!", hearing that over the radio from Connor when facing serious resistance really piled on the pressure. Amazing mission. Amazing soundtrack.
Just hearing "Another one! Skynet just sent another one back in time!" "Were almost there!!" While the music and action intensified is just bone chilling.

When this score starts in the game and you make that final push with the HK tank blasting everything that moves, freaking amazing honestly the best terminator experience ever and easily the best story since T2. So great to see it is now recognised as official cannon to the original 2 movies.
Is it actually part of the cannon? If so, I truly hope they finally do a proper "During the war" movie based on this. As much as Salvation was a cool concept, I didn't find the environments depressing enough(if that makes sense). Even if they did a "Band of Brothers" style TV show set in the proper environment of the future would be cool. What do you think?

When I was playing this level, seeing the plasma fire all around me, hearing John on the radio urging me to fight on, seeing HK's falling out of the sky with THIS soundtrack playing, I swear to god the teenaged terminator fan in me was screaming like a 10 year old. THIS was what we'd all wanted since the 2nd film, after so many terrible movies, this game and especially this level almost woke something up inside me that those movies had killed. Thank you, Devs, for doing what hollywood couldn't be fucked to.

This game right here was the true Terminator 3. The future war ive always wanted to see and the fact that at the end john says that the 3 Terminators sent back were the T-800, T-1000, and the T-850 sent to kill Jacob really did it for me.
This game may have its flaws but it is still very definitive Terminator game and the final push with this music playing being a part of the battle to take down the defense grid something us Terminator fans have always imagined what it was be like you just can't appreciate the moment unless you played the game
i agree i beaten the game 20 times and its still just amazing, even the DLC, im glad they made the game and included some cutscenes from the movies in the game, i personally grew up on Terminator 2 judgment day and when i was in high school i watched the first terminator movie, im a big fan of the series along with the Aliens and Predator series as well all i got to say is that this game was amazing based on story and action with choice options and that im glad it can pull the audience in with the story.... again jsut Amazing
The final mission of Terminator Resistance was everything a Terminator fan could have hoped for. Who knew a budget-priced videogame released in 2019 would provide the best Terminator experience since T2?
Did you know that if you play any final assault missions on any game (Halo, Call of Duty, Mass Effect, etc) and replaced their music with this, it's just epic since it gives you the feeling that it all comes down to this because if you fail then all of your efforts, the choices you made and your sacrifices to get here was all for nothing?
I just got this game Friday night, it's now Sunday night and I finished the fight. I had to replay the final mission 3 other times because I was so pumped because of this song. I felt like I was truly in 2029. I can't get enough of this
Not sure my source is correct but I believe they didn't really have the rights for Arnold's likeness to be modeled in the game, again I think that's the behind the scenes purpose but I like to believe that it was because Skynet already had every other machine protecting the TDE

The Terminator theme, The Superman theme, Halloween (Michael Myers) theme, Saw (Jigsaw) theme, Imperial March (Star Wars), Wolfenstein SS March, Waffen SS hymn, Childs Play (Chucky) theme, Automan series theme and Dark Knight Rises (Batman) theme are the best music pieces of 20 and 21 centuries. If Beethoven was still alive today or he had a synthesizer in his time his 15 and 16 symphonies or in general all his future symphonies would have sound like this.

It all starts with T1, with the original timeline and the timeline created by the first Terminator sent back along with Kyle being sent back. Then Terminator 2, with the T-800 and the T-1000. But when the third Terminator was sent back to eliminate Rivers, it connected to the timeline that T1 and T2 had created. After T3 and T4 occurred...it all lead to Resistance. And this game...finishes the fight. For good.
No doubts. It is the best game with such a great storytelling that close the terminator trilogy. There is no more movies or something. There is only T1, T2 and the last episode is T: Resistance.

I haven't felt like this since the first time i completed mass effect. The final push. All or nothing. One last feat of resistance to destroy the overwhelming threat of annihilation. When i killed the last terminator and the screen faded to black i said, "skynet, you have been TERMINATED." I was there, i fought a long side the other survivors! This game made me feel like i never thought i would again playing a video game. It did what a game hasn't managed to do for me for so long. Its not a perfect pretty game, but damn is it a good one and its going on my list of all time favourites.

Здравствуйте :) думаю каждый последний Терминатор сильнее, в фильме Rev9 имел невероятную живучесть 🤷♂️ хоть я и не очень этому рад. На канале ОБЪЕКТ часто выходят видео сравнений терминаторов если интересно;) А вот фильм я ждал когда услышал участие Камерона (он вернул франшизу Терминатор) а потом вышел постер и всё... Феминатор. А когда увидел что 30 килограммовый гномик стала новым лидером, хотел уйти с кино 😂 в фильме не всё плохо. Убрать все политическое говно (феминизм и Мексику) и пару персонажей (дани и Грейс) и все было бы даже очень не плохо. На канале у PAXTON есть даже объяснение почему Т800 шьёт шторы ^^ Так что фильм к сожалению очень плох по сравнению с Т1-2 но по сравнению с последними фемскими фильмами и ремейками это шедевр (охотники за привидениями, люди в чёрном, ангелы Чарли, хищник, робокоп, итд) У терминатора после Т2 вообще проблемы с кастом 😐

the only thing this game missed out was a final showdown with Arnold Schwarzenegger blocking your entrance to the Time Displacement lab

И снова здравствуйте, уважаемый Автор =) скажите пожалуйста, а кто из этих представленных Терминаторов сильнее, Т-800 или REV-9? И как вам сам фильм Терминатор. Тёмные Судьбы, понравился или-же нет? Да, звучит несколько по... детски, но всё-таки...
Здравствуйте :) думаю каждый последний Терминатор сильнее, в фильме Rev9 имел невероятную живучесть 🤷♂️ хоть я и не очень этому рад. На канале ОБЪЕКТ часто выходят видео сравнений терминаторов если интересно;)
А вот фильм я ждал когда услышал участие Камерона (он вернул франшизу Терминатор) а потом вышел постер и всё... Феминатор. А когда увидел что 30 килограммовый гномик стала новым лидером, хотел уйти с кино 😂 в фильме не всё плохо. Убрать все политическое говно (феминизм и Мексику) и пару персонажей (дани и Грейс) и все было бы даже очень не плохо. На канале у PAXTON есть даже объяснение почему Т800 шьёт шторы ^^
Так что фильм к сожалению очень плох по сравнению с Т1-2 но по сравнению с последними фемскими фильмами и ремейками это шедевр (охотники за привидениями, люди в чёрном, ангелы Чарли, хищник, робокоп, итд)
У терминатора после Т2 вообще проблемы с кастом 😐
@@Pauticon3 ну Терминатор. Да придёт спаситель фильм неплохой, да, у него тоже море огрехов, но по сравнению с Генезисом и Тёмными Судьбами он просто шедевр, как и Терминатор 3. Восстание Машин. Но у каждого есть свои вкусы, так что я просто выразил своё мнение =) и да, я НЕ считаю Дэниелу Лидером всемирного Сопротивления... на её фоне Джон Коннор, в исполнении Кристиана Бейла выглядит просто... шикарно >=) и да, я как-то смотрел грехообзор KINOKOS и KINOMIMARY(вроде правильно написал его имя) так там покази фильм Ангелы Чарли как самое настоящее го*но ... советую вам посмотреть видео этих товарищей по Ютуб-каналу =)
