These are my go-to ribs! Yes the thinner ones are classic but if I want more meat, I use these and ALWAYS put them in the oven..sometimes use the broiler to crisp the top

Tried this recipe today and the flavor was amazing! My problem was they a bit overcooked but next time I'm going to leave them for less time in the oven. Besides the amazing flavor the cleanup was fantastic as I'm the cook and the clean up person.😄👍👍👍 Have a blessed day🙏

Only mistake I made this time My pan was too large and the drippings cooked off quicker. Have to use a half pan next time.
