Im thinking of putting them in my esp m ii.Mine has a Floyd rose ,so is there a trembucker available? Or the spacing doesn't matter due to the rails design?
I've honestly only played the nazgul a handful of times and in guitars with different wood combinations going into different rigs. Hard to say but I remember the nazgul having a fair amount of highs and not the most mids by comparison to the Jupiter. I wouldn't mind trying the nazgul through my own setup though.
@@EricMorettin I appreciate the reply! I'm currently using a Schecter Omen Extreme 7 with the Sentient Nazgul set, but I've been looking around for a possible upgrade. I'm torn between the Jupiter or a set of Fishmans. I really like how mid-forward the Jupiter sounds.
@@EricMorettin it's an old SD pickup that had 2 Tele bobbins and 2 alnico 2 magnets for pole pieces. It was a bit big and hard to squeeze is most routes and most pickup rings usually were too small. Just look and sound though
We all know which are the best pickups of the last 3 months ;P
We might need a head to head with the Jupiter and these other pickups ;)
Hell yeah Eric! Didn't know you were on UA-cam! Video looks great!
lmao I thought you were gonna play Change in the House of Flies for a second there
Thinking about installing one of these in my charvel SoCal bridge
@@sukottoshinobe7360 you won't be disappointed
Cool bro!
Best pickup ever
What's the distance from from pickup to string on your setup?
I'm not sure in terms of exact units of measurement, but I'd say it's in the ball park of .25" away give or take.
If you just pull the trem springs off, you can move the bridge out of the way.
Also true!
Is your guitar f-spaced on the bridge pickup?
@@gianpaolofonacier2990 yes

I believe there is just one spacing size but they will fit a guitar with a Floyd.
What do you have against the green colour ?
How would you say these compare to the Nazgul bridge pickup?

I'd go for a Jupiter honestly. Its like taking a blanket off an amp when you install these.
@@EricMorettin I appreciate the input. Helped me make my decision. I'm gonna nab one next paycheck. Thanks again!
@@BigDatsquatch cheers man! 🤘
Im very curious if that is just a rebranded "silverbird" SH-9. That would be cool.
Not too sure what the Silver Bird is, but I'd love to know more about it!

@@mmaviator22 very cool! I'll look into this now.

Yes. Pretty sure I demo the split coil sound in this video.
Woooooo!!!!!
Looks like I'm buying some Jupiter's...
They're some of my favorites from Duncan!!

Pickups will sound a lot better after you learn how to tune that guitar.
