Project Update | Oakman Residences | July 2024

Residences 11-17 now have timber flooring installed, and the landscaping to the rear yards is well underway. The carpet is due to be installed over the coming week, which will see these residences at the lock-up stage
Both apartment buildings are in the process of installing internal timber flooring, and the landscaping of the external areas is progressing well.
Residences 3-10 have had rear scaffolding removed in preparation for the installation of stairs and landscaping. External tiling on the lower balconies is scheduled for next week, which will then allow the final internal flooring to begin. Power has now been supplied to all of these residences, with electrical and plumbing fit-offs in the final stages.
We are happy to share that significant progress was made on external improvements in July. The site sheds have been removed and the large retaining wall at the rear of the site is finished. The preparation for driveways and paths for Residences 11-17 is complete, and we are also making good progress on the pool slab, which is expected to be completed in the next two weeks.
The builder is working hard to finalise work on the site. They recently advised that they are aiming to complete the project in October, with settlements to follow shortly after.
