The local PD would receive about 100 phone calls on how loud they were... IT SOUNDED LIKE A JUNGLE! IN HEAT! 1 group about a 1/2 mile away from the other.... OT WAS FUNNY AF ON HOW LOUD THEY ARE!

It would be hard and extremely expensive to build something to match the indoor space they have at this place ŵith all the 4 or 5 buildings they have here ( I can't remember the exact # ) each of those are pretty dang big buildings with verry open floor plans with no real obstacles in them. Even building cheap pole barns that are insulated with heat and ac (where they live you definitely need heat! and nobody doesn't want ac) would cost a ton to build and take a large piece of property. And they would probably need to sell this property first and that would leave them high and dry with no where to create content for a while.
This IS their property lol. Moving even just the track to one of their houses defeats even having this place tbh...they wanted a huge amount of floor space and a place to ride...and neighbors supported them, but the city doesnt

I've had this problem before in won. How is the property zoned? Zoning can make or break you so it could be zoned in your favor especially if it's zoned rural, farming and or commercial.

Had the same thing happen up here in the north western part of Michigans lower peninsula. Buddy of had a big dirt bike track build racing on his property which is pretty much all farm land. This would've brought a lot of ppl into the area and help the businesses, which really could use it around here. Well to many ppl bitched and it was shut down. But then everyone will cry cuz things are bad and businesses cant survive, but when someone tries to help out and change that they get $hit on.
we ride them on the street here with nothing but blinkers and a license plate added, and can build any track we want pretty much. Not being able to ride them in the fence on your pavement should be IMPOSSIBLE to enforce!

I've had this problem before in won. How is the property zoned? Zoning can make or break you so it could be zoned in your favor especially if it's zoned rural, farming and or commercial.

Had the same thing happen up here in the north western part of Michigans lower peninsula. Buddy of had a big dirt bike track build racing on his property which is pretty much all farm land. This would've brought a lot of ppl into the area and help the businesses, which really could use it around here. Well to many ppl bitched and it was shut down. But then everyone will cry cuz things are bad and businesses cant survive, but when someone tries to help out and change that they get $hit on.

we ride them on the street here with nothing but blinkers and a license plate added, and can build any track we want pretty much. Not being able to ride them in the fence on your pavement should be IMPOSSIBLE to enforce!

@@richardmoon9339 Agree I feel there is more to this story also. They don’t seem to be telling everything on the issues Sxsblog has been having. There is no way I would give up on a property I purchased. There is higher courts! Either way I feel this is the starting of the end of Sxsblog.
