My husband has been ordained for 59 yrs and is very glad he is not now working. He is free in retirement to chat about his faith to anyone he meets, the world is his pulpit now. How desperately sad he can’t now acknowledge or indorse the church he was ordained into.

We need the Glory of God in the temple. We wont get this by pleasing man but by pleasing God.

Brian. Temple worship and sacrifice, along with the priesthood, were completely abolished by the Lord Jesus Christ at Calvary . Hebrews chapters 7-10 in the King James Bible.
Don't you read the scriptures ? Or don't you believe them ?
My King James Bible New Testament clearly teaches that Almighty God does not dwell in temples made with hands.
      Read Acts 6 : 13 -15 , 7 : 42-51 , 17 : 23-25 , Hebrews 8 : 2 , 9 : 11 & 24 KJV.

Rev Dan, you have now found, clarity. Let me explain, before there was uncertainty, which direction to take, confusion, but you seem very sure now of the way forward; may God continue to guide you and lead you on, Amen

Seek the Truth. Preach the Truth.
Until Truth ceases to be a stranger, becoming instead a friend that you recognise & you can rely on.
Then you too will understand what it means to 'walk in Truth.'

Thank you Dan. Another clear message from you on this issue and the state the Bishops have got themselves into. The maintenance of secrecy of the previous meetings is all too obvious and now the ludicrous request to GS to vote for/against ... what? We do not know. My reading and study of the Church Fathers up to say 350 or so can only make me think that they would, to a man, be utterly appalled by the acceptance of the PLF by the Bishops and to be asked to vote for clergy to be in civl same-sex marriages (even to consider it) is beyond the pale. So there is now no way back. Now we have our own Bishop, who voted for PLF, to be voting against stand-alone services, is this double-minded or what?? If he feels conflicted then he only has himself to blame. Then to recommend to his own Churches that they do not make any decision on this, nor speak out about it or publish any decisions either way and to be assumed to be opting out unless they opt in (Bath and Wells open letter, January 2024)... what nonsense. And I mean non-sense. Our small group are in a bind on this and our close families dismayed.

You will face such a flame in a lake, through a baptism of fire.
There your worthiness to carry the light will be judged, accepted or rejected.
This is the way it once was.
This is the way it wil be again.
    That time is not yet.

The 'Word of God' is Truth. As in...
"“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Thus If you wish to preach 'the Word of God', and find the path...
“If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

  • @RuneRelic

Truth is a tongue of flame, that utters the Word of God.
A weapon that was wrought at the dawn of time, that nothing has defeated and nothing can stand against.
It is a double egded sword, that will purify whats left of the soul by burning off the impurities, and rending a corrupted mind asunder.
A sword that will thus destroy the one that wields it, just as easily as the one it is wielded against.
Are you worthy to wield such a weapon and not be destroyed by it ?

Some good stuff here Rev. We now need to pray for charismatic leaders to co-ordinate the faithful remnant across the country.

The Holy Ghost does the coordination. Not some unbiblical leaders.

When you 'walk in Truth', after time, you will sense lies and deception, like taking the time to develop any other of the senses.
The wool that has been pulled over your eyes, will fall to the floor in flame.
Then you will see the world for what it truly is, not what you wish it to be, nor what others would have you believe.

The issues are as follows, people go to where people are, as a C of E person (kinda) in Newcastle Upon Tyne, I have seen the church flourish, the problem is also that people get too safe within churches, The church has a job to plant churches, but what Newcastle has done and should do more is plant into churches (or graft into), much like they have done with the church I am involved in St Lukes Church which grafted from St Thomas Church in Newcastle in January and i Believe that this is what should happen!! We should also be led as churches by Holy Spirit and i think this is lacking in most of the church of england, too often we just copy what the world is doing and not what the holy spirit is leading us in,

The C of E is half Protestant and half catholic. This man says he's a priest. There is no more sacrifice for sin Jesus finished sacrificing priesthood on the cross. To all believer's come out her my people. To the rest Ye must be born again. John 3v3.

Sounds just like the church of Scotland, Methodist etc. They with the C of E are really organisations. They may contain members of yhe real church who are people who have submitted to Chris.
In your case, well done, keep up the good work.

      Jesus is real!
Jesus is a real person. He's one of the most complicated, discussed, and revered of historical figures. Most scholars, Christian, non-Christian, and secular alike, believe that there was a historical Jesus. The evidence is overwhelming. Jesus was written about by ancient historians, including Josephus and Tacitus. From an historical standpoint, there is hardly any question: there really was a man named Jesus who lived in first-century Israel.
The manuscript evidence for the authenticity of the New Testament is overwhelming: there are about 25,000 early manuscripts of the New Testament. In comparison, the Gallic Wars written by Caesar in the first century BC, only has 10 early manuscripts existing-and the earliest one of those was written 1,000 years after the original. Similarly, Aristotle’s Poetics only has five early manuscripts in existence, dating to 1,400 years after the original. Those who doubt that Jesus is real must also question the existence of Julius Caesar and Aristotle.

Why are you still a partaker of her sins, Dan ? Your position and ' church ' building is found nowhere in my King James Bible.
